Efectivos de seguridad intervienen plaza San Isidro

En desarrollo de la estrategia institucional «Somos uno, somos todos», la Policía Nacional  a través del personal uniformado de la Metropolitana de Villavicencio viene realizando diferentes actividades operativas y preventivas en compañía de la Secretaría de Control Físico de Villavicencio en el sector de la Plaza San Isidro, con el fin de garantizar la seguridad y el cumplimiento de las medidas preventivas dispuestas por el Gobierno Nacional, Departamental y Municipal, durante la emergencia sanitaria a causa del Covid-19.

El objetivo principal de estas actividades es verificar el cumplimiento del Pico y Cédula dispuesto por la Alcaldía de la ciudad y promover medidas de seguridad y auto protección a los comerciantes y ciudadanía en general que frecuenta este importante sector del área metropolitana.

Con campañas de sensibilización por parte del Grupo de Prevención y Educación Ciudadana se recomienda el uso de tapabocas y en  lo posible guantes, con el fin de minizar los riesgos durante la problemática de salud pública que se presenta en todo el territorio nacional.

Por otra parte, se ha realizado un acompañamiento permanente a los funcionarios de la Secretaría de Control Físico de la ciudad, quienes bajo el liderazgo del del Doctor Jaime Pardo, Director de Defensa del Espacio Público de Villavicencio, han realizado una caracterización de los trabajadores informales en este sector, con el fin de generar estrategias orientadas a la protección integral de los ciudadanos.

La Policía Nacional continuará realizando estas actividades de manera pemanente, en articulación con las autoridades locales, con el fin de garantizar la protección integral de nuestros ciudadanos, especialmente en materia de salubridad.
