Registraduría Nacional protegerá la entrega de ayudas del Gobierno Nacional y la empresa privada durante emergencia por COVID-19

La Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil atendió el llamado del Departamento  Nacional de Planeación para cruzar la base de datos del aplicativo “Ingreso Solidario” que está siendo utilizado por el gobierno nacional para entregar las ayudas humanitarias a los colombianos en condición de vulnerabilidad durante la emergencia sanitaria provocada por el COVID-19.

• El Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil, Alexander Vega Rocha, dispuso la conformación de un grupo de funcionarios especializados que laborará de manera ininterrumpida durante la Semana Santa y el tiempo que sea necesario en la validación de la información suministrada por el DNP, en relación con la identificación de los beneficiarios.

• Recientemente la Entidad junto con el Ministerio del Interior y el Ejército Nacional cruzó las bases de datos de cerca de un millón de cédulas de personas beneficiadas con la entrega de mercados en medio de esta emergencia. Gracias a este trabajo conjunto, fue posible excluir 57.000 cédulas de personas que no tenían el derecho.

• El mismo procedimiento se implementó con la Unidad Nacional de Riesgo  lográndose la exclusión de 47.563 cédulas de 493.939 CC verificadas.

Adicionalmente, en la actualidad se trabaja de manera coordinada con Colpensiones, entidad a la que se le ha facilitado el acceso a la identificación biométrica a efectos de facilitar el pago a domicilio de los pensionados adultos mayores de 70 años.

• “La Registraduría del siglo XXI está comprometida a contribuir con la transparencia en la entrega de estas ayudas en momentos de necesidad, por eso, gracias a la tecnología y a las bases de datos que tenemos, podemos trabajar para que los subsidios lleguen a quienes lo necesitan” aseguró el Registrador Nacional.
