Capturaron a presuntos asesinos del homicidio registrado en Porfía

En desarrollo de acciones operativas, preventivas y de control, orientadas a contrarrestar los delitos de mayor impacto que afectan la seguridad y convivencia ciudadana, la Policía Nacional, a través del Grupo de Reacción de la Metropolitana de Villavicencio, logró la captura en flagrancia de 03 hombres de 28, 31 y 58 años de edad, quienes fueron sorprendidos con 03 armas de fuego en su poder, y al parecer fueron los responsables de un hecho de intolerancia registrado a orillas del Rio Ocoa en el barrio Ciudad Porfía, donde perdió la vida un joven de 20 años y resultó lesionado otro sujeto de 24 años.

Un hecho de violencia registrado en el sector de la Isla, a orillas del Río Ocoa, donde fue ultimado con arma de fuego el señor Jesús Ernesto Arias Barrios de 20 años y resultó lesionado el señor Anderson Andrés García de 24 años, prendió las alarmas de las autoridades de Policía, quienes desplegaron un contundente operativo para dar con la ubicación de los responsables del crimen.

Luego de varios minutos de búsqueda, los uniformados lograron sorprender a 03 sujetos por el sector de la vereda La Unión, quienes tenían en su poder 02 revólveres con 10 cartuchos calibre 38 milímetros y 01 escopeta con 02 cartuchos calibre 12 milímetros, sin el respectivo permiso para su porte o tenencia. Estos sujetos fueron señalados por la ciudadanía como los responsables del acto de intolerancia donde perdió la vida esta persona y otra resultó gravemente herida.

Los 03 sujetos capturados y las armas de fuego incautadas quedaron a disposición de la Unidad de Reacción Inmediata de la Fiscalía General de la Nación y deberán enfrentar un proceso penal ante un Juez de Control de Garantías por los delitos de Homicidio, Lesiones personales y fabricación, tráfico o porte de armas de fuego y/o municiones.
