Dos mujeres con urgencias médicas fueron transportadas por la FAC desde Guainía y Vichada

La integridad de dos mujeres provenientes de zonas alejadas, donde no se cuenta con centros médicos especializados, fue protegida en las últimas horas, gracias a la rápida reacción de las tripulaciones de las aeronaves medicalizadas del Comando Aéreo de Combate No. 2, que atendieron de manera inmediata los requerimientos generados por el Centro Nacional de Recuperación de personal, CNRP para transportar a las pacientes a centros de mayor nivel de atención en la capital metense.

La primera operación aérea fue desplegada hacia el este colombiano, teniendo como destino, el municipio de Barrancominas-Guainía, donde los profesionales militares del área de la salud recogieron a una mujer de 33 años en embarazo, con aproximadamente 18 semanas de gestación, que se encontraba en el centro médico municipal de baja complejidad del lugar y requería intervención urgente con especialistas.

El segundo requerimiento llevó a la tripulación de la aeronave medicalizada hasta el municipio de La Primavera-Vichada, donde les esperaba una mujer de 35 años, que permaneció en el hospital de primer nivel “San Juan de Dios” y a causa su complejo cuadro clínico debía ser remitida a un hospital en Villavicencio para manejo quirúrgico de urgencia.

Las misiones de traslado aeromédico se ejecutaron cada una, en un tiempo de una hora y treinta minutos; durante el vuelo, medico y enfermero militar monitorearon los signos vitales de las pacientes y para el manejo del dolor de la mujer vichadense, fue necesario la administración de líquidos que garantizarían un recorrido tranquilo.

Las dos personas trasladadas viajaron en compañía de un familiar, los cuales agradecieron a los pilotos y personal militar de la salud que velaron por mantener estables a sus seres queridos durante esta difícil situación, y se despidieron alentándolos a mantener ese espíritu de servicio que hoy les trajo esperanza a ellos y que ha permitido ayudar a otras personas que viven en sitios sin acceso a servicios de salud con especialistas.

En cada aterrizaje sobre la pista del CACOM2, las ambulancias con personal de médicos y enfermeros, esperaban a las pacientes, quienes se entregaron en condiciones controladas para su remisión y traslado a la Clínica Meta y al hospital departamental de Villavicencio.

Así, su Fuerza Aérea Colombiana ratifica una vez más el compromiso permanente con los colombianos, al disponer de todas sus aeronaves y tripulaciones en las regiones de la Orinoquía y la Amazonía Colombiana, para garantizar el acceso a la salud de todas las poblaciones apartadas, salvando la vida de miles de ciudadanos.
