En cumplimiento a las disposiciones sanitarias expedidas por el Gobierno Nacional, Departamental y Municipal,personal del Modelo Nacional de Vigilancia Comunitaria por Cuadrantes de la Estación Yopal,logran la captura de 15 personas las cuales se encontraban incumpliendo el decreto 531 de aislamiento preventivo obligatorio.
Los hechos ocurrieron al interior de un establecimiento abierto al público ubicado en la calle 27 entre carreras 18 y 19 del barrio Provivienda de Yopal, momentos en que 10 hombres y 5 mujeres fueron sorprendidos consumiendo bebidas embriagantes al interior del establecimiento comercial.
Las 15 personas se encontraban incumpliendo el decreto 531 de aislamiento preventivo obligatorio, violando las disposiciones sanitarias expedidas por las autoridades con el fin de prevenir el contagio por el COVID-19, las cuales fueron dejadas a disposición de la Fiscalía General de la Nación para adelantar el proceso judicial correspondiente.
Durante la emergencia sanitaria el Departamento de Policía Casanare ha logrado la captura de 22 personas por violación a medida sanitaria. El llamado a la comunidad es a respetar y a cumplir con las medidas adoptadas con el fin de evitar el contagio por COVID-19, ya que podría ocasionarle multa por Código de Convivencia o prisión de 4 a 8 años en cumplimiento al Código penal.
