Buscan por ‘cielo y tierra’ a ganadero secuestrado en Casanare

Este domingo, en Consejo de Seguridad Ampliado, presidido por la Gobernación de Casanare, se evaluó el secuestro del ciudadano Jaime Rueda Guarín, ocurrido en las últimas horas, mientras cumplía la medida de aislamiento obligatorio en su finca Hato Macolla, ubicada en zona rural entre los municipios de Yopal y Orocué.
Durante la reunión, las instituciones que conforman el Consejo verificaron las acciones que vienen realizando los organismos de seguridad e investigación, los cuales han dispuesto toda la capacidad técnica y humana para dar con el paradero del ciudadano Jaime Rueda, reconocido ganadero de muchos años de actividad en la región.
Al respecto, se determinó que la Dirección Nacional Antisecuestro y Extorsión, en cabeza de su director el brigadier general Fernando Murillo,  liderará las acciones para lograr la libertad del ciudadano, mientras que la Gobernación de Casanare fortalecerá la Red de Apoyo e Inteligencia disponiendo recursos para el pago de recompensas.
También se determinó el mantenimiento de comunicación permanente entre las instituciones que hacen parte del Consejo de Seguridad, para monitorear el desarrollo de las investigaciones y la toma de decisiones en atención al caso. 
Oscar Gómez Peñaloza, secretario de Gobierno, Convivencia y Seguridad Ciudadana, manifestó que la Administración Departamental, en cabeza del gobernador Salomón Sanabria, ha repudiado este acto delictivo y no permitirá que estos hechos de violencia afecten la tranquilidad de la ciudadanía.
