En el marco del anuncio de una nueva extensión del Aislamiento Preventivo Obligatorio por la pandemia del coronavirus (covid-19), el Ministro de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, José Manuel Restrepo, afirmó que más actividades de la economía nacional se reactivarán, de manera gradual y con protocolos, a partir del 11 de mayo.

Así lo señaló el titular de la cartera de Comercio al intervenir este martes en el especial de televisión ‘Prevención y Acción’, que orienta el Presidente Iván Duque Márquez y que se transmite por el Canal Institucional, en el que recalcó que “los alcaldes tienen la llave de la gradualidad”.

“Nosotros abrimos la puerta, pero en la medida en la cual se vayan validando los protocolos de bioseguridad por parte de las autoridades locales, y solo en esa posibilidad, se irán abriendo estos sectores de la economía”, enfatizó el Ministro.

“Arrancamos, entonces, desde el 11 de mayo un nuevo proceso de gradualidad en el inicio de actividades productivas en nuestro país. Es un proceso que reconoce, primero, como principio fundamental, cuidar de la vida de los colombianos. Y, en segundo lugar, contribuir a la generación de ingresos y proteger empleos en los sectores productivos”, agregó.

El funcionario afirmó que para poder iniciar operaciones, las empresas “deberán, previamente, cumplir con unos protocolos de bioseguridad, con base en protocolos que habrá de expedir en el curso de esta semana el Ministerio de Salud”.

En ese mismo sentido, aseguró que “los sectores, entonces, que entrarían en esta gradualidad son, en primer lugar, tres sectores de la industria manufacturera: los sectores de muebles, de vehículos y de maquinaria y de equipo”.

Actividades que se reactivarán gradualmente

1. Fabricación de muebles, colchones y somieres

2. Fabricación de vehículos automotores, remolques y semirremolques

3. Fabricación de productos informáticos, electrónicos y ópticos

4. Fabricación de maquinaria y equipo

5. Mantenimiento y reparación de vehículos automotores

6. Mantenimiento y reparación de equipos de tecnología e informáticos

7. Comercio al por mayor y al por menor de vehículos (incluidos partes, piezas y accesorios)

8. Comercio al por mayor de muebles y enseres domésticos 

9. Comercio al por mayor de maquinaria y equipo

10. Comercio al por menor de productos para mascotas

11. Comercio al por menor de materiales de construcción, artículos de ferretería, cerrajería y productos de vidrio y pintura en establecimientos especializados.

12. Comercio al por menor de combustibles, lubricantes, aditivos y productos de limpieza para automotores en establecimientos especializados

13. Comercio al por menor de libros, periódicos, materiales y artículos de papelería y escritorios en establecimientos especializados

14. Servicios de lavandería a domicilios

15. Las actividades relacionadas con la operación de establecimientos prestadores de servicios de mantenimiento vehicular, artefactos, embarcaciones, maquinaria agrícola o pesquera, según los diferentes modos de transporte, así como de los establecimientos en los cuales se realice el suministro y/o instalación de repuestos de vehículos.
