Trabajadores de la Educación se movilizan este 4 y 11 de junio

FECODE convoca a participar en mítines los días, 4 y 11 de junio de 2020, frente al MEN, Fiduprevisora, Gobernaciones, Alcaldías, Secretarías de Educación, a partir de las 9 a.m. ante el siguiente contexto:

• La Central Unitaria de Trabajadores -C.U.T- convoca a la realización de mítines y plantones para exigir: recursos para la salud, renta básica para la comida, alimentación y subsistencia de los colombianos. Respeto a la estabilidad, a los puestos de trabajo, derechos de los trabajadores, acuerdos convencionales. Pago pleno y cumplido de la prima semestral. Rechazo a la reforma laboral y pensional.

• Persiste la postura del Gobierno Nacional de no dialogar con FECODE, menos de retomar el proceso de negociación, incumpliendo con los acuerdos pactados y las conquistas ganadas; a pesar de la solicitud formal radicada para discutir institucionalmente temas álgidos y complejos en y después de la pandemia.

• Arrecian las orientaciones del -MEN- desconociendo la autonomía escolar, la libertad de cátedra y las decisiones de los gobiernos escolares, impone orientaciones y normas que tensionan y desarmonizan los ambientes escolares.

• Es creciente el estado de desatención, inoportunidad, perversidad y la manera indignante con que se atiende la salud del magisterio y sus grupos familiares, con la complicidad y silencio del Ministerio de Educación la irresponsabilidad de la Fiduciaria y la negación de los derechos por parte de los operadores.

• Varias Entidades Territoriales No recepcionan la documentación, la Fiduprevisora dilata, no reconoce, no paga en los términos de ley las prestaciones económicas y sociales de los educadores. Exigimos la renuncia de los doctores Jaime Abril Vicepresidente del –FOMAG-, y José Fernando Arias Gerente de Servicios de Salud de la Fiduprevisora.

• No cesa el señalamiento, la estigmatización a los educadores y a –FECODE-, continúan las amenazas, represión y asesinatos a defensores de derechos humanos y líderes sociales y populares.

• No se apropian los recursos económicos para garantizar la subsistencia de la población, la permanencia en los empleos y la salvación de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas, agravado con la negativa al giro de los recursos necesarios para la salud a los hospitales.

Los asistentes a los mítines y plantones deben atender las siguientes recomendaciones: Hacer inscripción previa hasta el día martes 2 de junio 5:00 p.m. máximo de 40 participantes con su sindicato filial, quien suministrará elementos de bioseguridad, tapabocas, mascarilla o careta, saludar con el codo, no tocarse la cara durante la actividad, mantener distancia rigurosa de 2 (dos) metros entre cada persona, cuidado individual y colectivo ser disciplinados y cumplidos, llevar gel antibacterial, hacer hidratación continua, conformar una comisión de control, disciplina, bioseguridad y salud, que dispense alcohol con spray que ayuden a difundir y cumplir estas medidas preventivas.
