A la cárcel presuntos responsables de intento de homicidio durante un hurto en La Bendición, Yopal

Por solicitud de la Fiscalía seccional de homicidios fueron asegurados con detención intramuros Juan Andrés Galvis Uribe y Rodolfo Sequeda Uribe, como presuntos responsables de intento de homicidio y hurto en un supermercado. Los hechos se presentaron el pasado 25 de octubre en el barrio La Bendición de Yopal (Casanare).  

Siguiendo la estrategia del Fiscal General, Francisco Barbosa Delgado, para trabajar por la seguridad e integridad ciudadana, la seccional Casanare identificó, ubicó, capturó y judicializó a los implicados.  

La situación se habría presentado cuando al establecimiento público ingresaron 3 hombres; 2 de los cuales habrían agredido al dueño del lugar con armas corto punzantes. En los hechos, al parecer, hurtaron 150.000 pesos y luego huyeron del lugar en dos motocicletas.  

Los hechos quedaron registrados en cámaras de seguridad, que les permitieron a los investigadores adelantar labores de reconocimiento, consulta en bases de datos y otras actividades de búsqueda que identificaron los presuntos responsables.  

Ante el Juzgado con Función de Control de Garantías de Recetor fueron presentados los detenidos por la Policía Nacional para las audiencias concentradas.  

La Fiscalía imputó cargos a los implicados como presuntos responsables de los delitos de homicidio en grado de tentativa agravado en concurso con hurto calificado y agravado contra los detenidos, ninguno aceptó cargos. 

Los detenidos no sólo tienen varias anotaciones, sino que uno de ellos cumplía prisión domiciliaria.  

Ante la decisión de los juzgados contra los detenidos, la Fiscalía solicitó a las autoridades penitenciarias y de salud revisar el estado médico de los implicados y garantizar que se encuentren en buenas condiciones antes de realizar su traslado al lugar de detención.
