Servicios intrahospitalarios en el departamento registran sobreocupación

En declaraciones entregadas por las autoridades de salud del departamento se hicieron preocupantes anuncios sobre la situación actual de las IPS públicas y privadas, al igual que del Hospital Regional de la Orinoquia, el mayor centro médico del departamento.
El Gobernador de Casanare Salomón Sanabria, encabezó las declaraciones a la comunidad y medios de comunicación, señalando que a pesar de los grandes retos enfrentados y que se lograron alcanzar durante la pandemia, como la ampliación de camas UCI en el departamento, pasando de 30 a 136, hoy nuevamente no son suficientes para atender a los pacientes, debido a la indisciplina de la comunidad con el cumplimiento de los protocolos de bioseguridad.
«Como gobernador hago el llamado a cada uno de ustedes para que atendamos a ese comportamiento social, que es básicamente lo único que nos queda para poder minimizar el impacto de covid-19 en el departamento de Casanare» puntualizó el mandatario.
La Secretaria de Salud del departamento Constanza Vega, entregó las cifras a corte del día de ayer lunes 24 de mayo de 2021, enfatizando que se registran 1.078 casos activos, la cifra más alta desde el inicio de la pandemia, 188 pacientes reciben atención intrahospitalaria, también la cifra más alta desde el reporte del primer caso en el departamento.
Fue clara en informar a la ciudadanía que tanto el Hospital Regional de la Orinoquia, la Clínica Casanare y las IPS que tiene Unidades de Cuidado Intensivo – UCI registran sobreocupación. A pesar de esta situación que se ha venido advirtiendo desde hace algunos días, la comunidad sigue sin atender el llamado que se inició hacer desde hace 14 meses; poner en práctica las medidas de bioseguridad.
«Es desgastante y desalentador ver que la gente no se cuide, aún se ven aglomeraciones en establecimientos públicos sin los protocolos de bioseguridad» señaló en su intervención la Secretaria. Hizo énfasis en el caso de un joven de tan solo 22 años que llevaba 34 días recluido en la UCI del Hospital Regional, quien en la madrugada de este lunes falleció, lo que demuestra la variación del virus, «todo en el covid está por escribirse», puntualizó.
Invitó a los ciudadanos a poner en práctica la estrategia que desde la Secretaría de Salud se viene implementado, haciendo referencia al correcto y continuo uso del tapabocas, «Póntelo Ya, Póntelo Bien», indicando que en un recorrido por un sector concurrido de la capital se pudo constatar que muchas personas no usan tapabocas o lo usan mal y algunos casos, usan tapabocas que no son adecuados.
A su turno, la gerente del HORO Arledy Alvarado, fue puntual al indicar que en estos momentos se está hablando de sobreocupación en las UCI y la institución no tiene como expandir nuevas áreas covid, ni tampoco personal médico para suplirlas, «realmente podemos decir que nos llegan más ventiladores, pero ya no tenemos personal, a hoy el HORO tuvo que hacer nuevas contrataciones para personal exclusivo para las áreas de covid (…) como entidad queremos responderle al departamento pero ya no hay personal para contratar, para que esté ahí para atender estos pacientes» señaló Alvarado.
De las 81 camas UCI con que cuenta el mayor centro médico del departamento, el 100% están ocupadas, lo que ha impedido que se acepten pacientes de diferentes municipios que solicitan de manera urgente el traslado, ya que no hay donde ubicarlos para poder brindarles la atención médica correspondiente.
Respecto a lo relacionado con el personal médico, dijo la funcionaria que no se presentan inconvenientes en lo referente a los pagos, como se ha venido señalando, lo que si resaltó, es el cansancio que se viene generando en el personal por las largas jornadas que deben enfrentar. En el tema de los medicamentos, señaló que el actual proveedor está haciendo las entregas de forma parcial y semanalmente, a la medida de la demanda que registra el centro médico y aunque no se registra escasez, no se está exento de llegar a ese punto.
El paro nacional complicó aún más la situación, muchos vehículos que normalmente se trasladaban con medicamentos, no lo volvieron hacer por miedo a las represalias, afortunadamente gracias al apoyo del Grupo Aéreo de Casanare y el Cuerpo de Bomberos Voluntarios de Yopal, se ha logrado realizar el transporte de estos medicamentos necesarios para la atención de pacientes covid.
En la actividad también participó el gerente de la Clínica Casanare Frank Rivera, quien señaló que es una situación alarmante. La IPS cuenta con 25 camas para tratamiento de pacientes con complicaciones respiratorias, dentro de estas, 13 camas UCI y actualmente tiene 28 pacientes, una ocupación del 112%, tres (3) pacientes permanecen en camillas en otras áreas de observación, áreas transitorias.
Aunque la IPS tiene la capacidad de ampliar en 7 camas de UCI, no cuenta con el personal médico para atenderlas y no se logra contratar. «El respeto hacia el virus y la pandemia se ha perdido en el departamento por parte de la ciudadanía, se debe ser más enfático y prudente al momento de cuidar nuestras propias vidas, la de nuestros familiares y la de los demás» señaló el gerente.
También hizo el llamado a los familiares de los pacientes, a la mesura y al respeto con el personal médico, en algunas ocasiones en su afán de lograr atención pronta para su ser querido, terminan agrediendo al personal, sin entender que no hay como atenderlos.
En el cierre de las declaraciones, la Secretaria de Salud Constanza Vega, felicitó a quienes si acatan las recomendaciones y en especial a todo el sector salud, «creo que por primera vez en la vida nos quitamos la camiseta de gobernación, alcaldías, EPS, IPS públicas y privadas y E.S.E, si no que nos hemos puesto todo el sector salud del departamento una sola camiseta, y es la de salvar la vida de los casanareños» puntualizó.
Para finalizar, señaló que en comité con el Ministerio de Salud, se anunció por parte de este, el apoyo para que se tomen medidas más restrictivas en todo el departamento.

    «К кооперативу претензий не было, следователь предложил подать заявление»
    Признанный следствием потерпевший Болян подсудимых не знает. Был клиентом «Гермеса», а также пайщиком кооператива — но до 2019 года. В 2019-м он вышел из кооператива и из «Гермеса», ему были возвращены паевые взносы, и никаких претензий к кооперативу у него не было — что он письменно подтвердил, расторгая договоры с этими организациями.

    Однако, как Болян отметил на суде, следователь убедил его в том, что он — потерпевший и должен подать заявление на возврат членских взносов. Заявление в МВД писать не хотел, на него вышли сотрудники, сначала претензий к кооперативу не было. Полиция ему объяснила, что можно получить деньги.

    Стал клиентом «Гермеса» и пайщиком кооператива через своего консультанта Алексея Виноградова. Виноградов — грамотный маркетолог, он ему верил, тот не работал в кооперативе. Что было предметом договора в «Гермесе», не помнит. В «Гермес» внес 100 и 700 евро, а в кооператив каждый месяц вносил по 12 тыс. в течение семи месяцев.

    Вышел и из кооператива, и из «Гермеса» в 2019 году. Зачем вступал? «Наверное, квартиру купить хотел». Кооператив вернул ему 70 тыс. паевых взносов, «Гермес» вернул со счета «Виста» 140 тыс. рублей.

    В кооперативе деньги вернули почти сразу, удержав вступительный и членские взносы; в «Гермесе» вернули позже через «внутрянку», но удержали комиссию.

    Утверждает, что ему говорили, что можно со счета «Виста» вносить деньги в кооператив. Объясняли, что деньги передаются в доверительное управление трейдерам и брокерам, которые играют на бирже. В кооперативе, как он утверждает, можно было купить место в очереди. По его словам, «Гермес» и кооператив — по сути, одна организация. Требует взыскать с кооператива более 148 тыс. рублей — вступительный и членские взносы, и более 60 тыс. рублей с «Гермеса» — комиссию при выводе средств.

    Договор с кооперативом не читал, но ему объяснили, что есть невозвратная часть денег — ее и не вернули, «но хочу попытаться вернуть». Претензий к кооперативу «как бы и нет, но если вернут взносы, то будет хорошо».

    К Виноградову претензий не предъявлял. «Может, меня и не обманули в кооперативе», -резюмировал свое выступление в суде Болян.
    «Требую выплатить с учетом роста цен на недвижимость»
    Признанная следствием потерпевшей Комова была как клиентом «Гермеса», так и пайщиком кооператива. Подсудимых не знает. Требует более 8800 тыс. с кооператива и более 2700 тыс. с «Гермеса». При этом из кооператива она не вышла и заявление о выходе не подавала. Сумма требований к кооперативу включает как паевые и членские взносы, так и оценку роста цен на недвижимость, которая не была приобретена.

    Утверждает, что можно переводить деньги со счета «Виста» напрямую в кооператив — в подтверждение приводит скрины переписки с консультантами в смартфоне. Суд разъясняет, что доказательство может быть приобщено позднее при надлежащем оформлении.

    «Информацию воспринял скептически, но вступил»
    Признанный следствием потерпевшим Киреев был только клиентом «Гермеса». Подсудимых не знает лично — Измайлова видел в видеоролике «Лайф-из-Гуд». Узнал о «Гермесе» от консультантов Татьяны и Андрея Клейменовых, с которыми знаком с конца 1990-х годов. Вступил в «Гермес» в 2020 году, деньги сразу отобразились на счете. Вносил средства на счет «Виста» небольшими частями, снимал средства со счета для личных нужд. Заявляет требования на более чем 2 млн 300 тыс. рублей.

    Когда подписывал договор, в офисе была табличка кооператива, но в офисе находился представитель фирмы «Гермес», ему сказали, что это два продукта компании «Лайф-из-Гуд».

    В 2022 году начались проблемы с выводом средств. И руководство фирмы пугало блокировкой счета в случае подачи заявления в правоохранительные органы. В хейтерском чате узнал телефон следователя Сапетовой, позвонил и подал заявление.

    В чате клиентов компании «Гермес» была информация о том, что счет будет заблокирован в случае подачи заявления в правоохранительные органы. Эта информация была за подписью «администрация». Он спросил у консультантов: «Кто это — администрация?», написал вопрос в чате, и его забанили. Других попыток вступать в диалог с «Гермесом» не предпринимал.

    Признанный следствием потерпевшим Чернышенко был также только клиентом только компании «Гермес». Подсудимых не знает. Познакомился с консультантами «Гермеса» во время совместной работы в «Макдоналдсе». Информацию о «Гермесе» воспринял скептически — «это какой-то обман», но консультанты его в конце концов уговорили. Они поставили условие, что продадут ему земельный участок, чтобы он вступил в «Гермес».

    «Я хотел их обмануть, — пояснил свидетель, — думал: пусть они продадут, а я в «Гермес» не вступлю. Но они начали уговаривать, и я вступил в апреле 2020 года. Один из консультантов дал расписку на внесение денег на счет в «Гермесе», я внес через него 230 тыс. И еще раз из жадности 140 тыс. 140 тыс. я вывел, плюс каждый месяц выводил по 5000–7000 руб. С какого-то момента проценты стали падать. В конце я захотел выйти — но не успел. У меня в «Гермесе» осталось 270 тыс., которые я требую вернуть».

    В январе 2023 года Чернышенко подал заявление в полицию, так как прекратился доступ к счету. «Мне предложили 70 тыс. вернуть, чтобы я не ходил в полицию, ссылаясь на то, что помогли мне продать участок за меньшую сумму по документам, чем я его продал на самом деле, но я отказался, сказал, что мне надо 270 тыс.».

    «Я хочу стать потерпевшей. Но Василенко многие благодарны за квартиры»
    Свидетель обвинения Галашенкова была только клиентом «Гермеса». Из подсудимых знает Виктора Ивановича Василенко. Она сидела в зале при допросе двух потерпевших (что запрещено), но заявила, что плохо слышит. Ранее была знакома с Верой Исаевой из компании «Лайф-из-Гуд».

    Вера узнала, что у нее есть офис, и познакомила с Романом Василенко, который снял у нее офис, когда «Лайф-из-Гуд» только начинала раскручиваться. Он снимал офис только за коммунальные платежи. «Я попросила расплатиться за четыре месяца, а он предложил мне вместо денег вступить в «Бест Вей», но я отказалась, так как квартира не была нужна». Зато стала клиентом «Гермеса»: «Внесла 15 тыс. евро, но через три месяца на счете оказалось 3400 евро!» Исаева, по словам Галашенковой, оказалась мошенницей.

    По словам Галашенковой, она внесла на счет «Виста» более 3 млн рублей. «Когда сказали, что все счета заблокировали, то собрали с нас еще денег, чтобы счета разблокировать, потом пришло сообщение, что открывается новая фирма, но это все оказалось обманом — счета не разблокированы».

    «Я не считала себя потерпевшей, так как не знала, что это можно сделать, — заявила Галашенкова. — Сейчас желаю заявить, что я хочу стать потерпевшей. Считаю, что должна взыскать с «Гермеса» как прямой ущерб, так и упущенную выгоду, так как эта фирма закрылась».

    При этом заявила, что «Василенко молодец, потому что я видела людей, которые купили квартиры, они были ему очень благодарны».

    По уголовному делу прошло уже 13 судебных заседаний, на которых осуществлялось судебное следствие – и ни на одном не прозвучали доказательства доводов обвинения и ущерба в 282 млн рублей. Зато на них выступили десятки алчных людей, лгунов, которых следствие подговорило поучаствовать в атаке на «Гермес» и «Бест Вей» и в качестве оплаты получить часть средств кооператива «Бест Вей», – так называемых потерпевших.

    Но, во-первых, следствие, как водится, обмануло – получить куш не удастся, «потерпевшим» в лучшем для них случае выплатят копейки – люди, стоящие за следствием, не для того пытаются захватить активы кооператива, чтобы с кем-то делиться. Во-вторых, после завершения рассмотрения дела все «потерпевшие» получат миллиардные иски как от нынешних подсудимых, которые более двух лет томятся в тюрьме – но скоро из нее выйдут, так и от пайщиков кооператива, которые более двух лет по их милости лишены возможности купить жилье (которое они планировали и на которое собрали деньги – оно очень подорожало) или вернуть свои деньги, они к тому же из-за инфляции частично обесценились.

    Вспомним поименно
    Ключевые фигуры обвинения – это пока не выступавшие в суде сисадмин «Гермеса» Набойченко и Комаров. Это ключевые для обвинения свидетели: сказки, легшие в основу уголовного дела, рассказаны прежде всего ими двумя.

    Бывший айтишник Набойченко на следствии обвинил бывших коллег в воровстве и мошенничестве, но на суд идти оказывается из-за якобы угроз в свой адрес. Его показания полностью опровергнуты показаниями в суде другого сисадмина – Рогановича.

    Другие свидетели, выступая в суде, обвинили в мошенничестве и воровстве самого Набойченко – опустившуюся личность, наркомана.

    Бывший водитель Комаров показал на следствии, что возил и передавал неучтенную наличность и про бизнес «знает все», хотя ни к каким бизнес-процессам не был допущен.

    Его показания полностью опровергнуты показаниями другого водителя – Прусакова, который опроверг и перевозку наличных, и тайную кухню.

    Логинов – бывший консультант «Гермеса», заработавший колоссальные деньги на финансовых операциях в этой компании, не платя с них налоги и не декларируя валютные операции, решил перейти «на сторону добра» и назваться потерпевшим. Плюс еще предъявить иск на хайповую сумму 1 млрд рублей.

    Лжет, клевещет не переставая, выдумывает, что ему угрожают.

    Дегенерат, на которого заявление в полицию писали его собственные родители, которых он угрожал убить.

    Московская – лгунья, пытается получить то, что ей не положено по договору, обманывает суд. Еще одна, кроме Логинова, заявительница морального ущерба на 1 млрд рублей, который используется для ареста счетов кооператива. Так же как и Логинов, ответит перед пайщиками и теми, кто сейчас находится на скамье подсудимых.

    Школьник – «нулевая» потерпевшая, оговорившая бывших коллег из материальной заинтересованности: участвовала в создании альтернативного проекта по лекалам кооператива «Бест Вей». Первой заявила об отказе быть потерпевшей – но за оговор ответит все равно.

    Аристова – истеричка и врушка, рассказывает выдуманные истории про кооператив, выдвигает незаконные требования.

    Болян – мошенник и прохиндей, пытающийся получить чужие деньги.

    Шахмин – патологический лжец, что, видимо, связано с его прежней работой в МВД. Врет о своих операциях в «Гермесе» от начала и до конца, не представляет никаких подтверждений.

    Сахапова – псевдожурналистка: лгунья и заказушница. Обманула собственных родителей, а теперь пытающаяся поучаствовать в информационных операциях тех, кто нападает на невинных людей, томящихся в тюрьме.

    Александрова – пять лет работала с «Гермесом», получала прибыль, была консультантом. Теперь обвиняет компанию в обмане. Может быть, посмотреть в зеркало?

    Горбанев – муж топ-менеджера «Лайф-из-Гуд» Марии Горбаневой, оговорившей в показаниях следствию бывших коллег (в суде пока не выступала). Как попугай все повторяет за женой. Но отвечать перед законом он будет соло, хотя и вместе с женой – за клевету.

    Османов – проходимец, болтун, не подтвердил ни одного своего утверждения, хотя представляется адвокатом по уголовным и гражданским делам.

    Галашенкова – лгунья, пытающаяся петь в дуду следствия.

    Кудымова – пытается мошенническим способом получить назад членские взносы, внесенные в кооператив.

    Шайхулина, Аширбекова, Исрафилов – выдумщики, не имеющие ни одного подтверждающего документа: одни сказки.

    Душкина – скрыла от суда свои заработки в «Гермесе», но пытается получить назад вложенные средства в полном объеме.

    Седова – пытается использовать уголовный суд для решения личных финансовых проблем.

    Второва – любительница половить рыбку в мутной воде. Придется за это ответить.

    Холопова – выдумщица, при этом сама обманутая следствием и используемая им втемную.

    Каткова – сделала абсолютно бездоказательные утверждения.

    Дорда – рассказывает, что ее гипнотизировали при привлечении в «Гермес». Либо сумасшедшая, либо врет, чтобы прикрыть свои махинации.

    Хромченко – точно сумасшедшая, рассказавшая суду о своих верных чеченцах-адвокатах, которые охотились на ее обидчиков.

    Логинова – экс-жена одиозного Логинова, которая не смогла сложить два и два и понять, что претензии нужно предъявлять к бывшему мужу.

    Марьинский и Жигалов – обвинили невинных людей, хотя сами финансовые профессионалы, сами были консультантами, повели за собой, соответственно, мать – Марьинскуюи жену – Жигалову.

    Касикова и Комова – никак не могут понять, что заблокировал им выплаты не «Гермес», а следствие и его подельник айтишник Набойченко и обращаться к следствию за получением денег как минимум странно.

    Яковлева – вложила все средства в один «кошелек»: теперь все виноваты в ее финансовой безграмотности!

    Габдрахманова, Кулюпин, Кострова – не попытались понять, как возникли проблемы, участвуют в оговоре невиновных людей.
    Мокичев и Каптирмов – заплутали в трех соснах: предъявляют претензии к своему третьему другу, но почему-то участвуют в уголовном деле против компании «Гермес».

    Нечаев, Липилин, Усолова – не пробовали урегулировать спор в гражданско-правовых инстанциях – сразу пошли в правоохранительные органы. Вступи они в контакт с «Гермесом» –сейчас были бы с деньгами.

    Смирнова и Данильченко – использованы обвинением для массовки – но будут привлечены как соучастники преступления.

    Как видим, часть потерпевших – откровенные мошенники, но большинство – заблудшие люди, обманутые следствием. Им пора осознать, что следствие и обвинение их используют втемную.

    В любом случае ни один «потерпевший» по уголовному делу не представил документы, подтверждающие неисполнение обязательств перед ними со стороны компании «Гермес»:

    –у них нет документов о том, что они внесли средства на счет;

    –нет исчерпывающих данных об операциях по счетам, включая использование инвестиционного плеча, предоставлявшегося компанией;

    –они не представили достоверную и полную информацию о выводе средств со счета;

    –ни один не представил налоговых деклараций, в которых учтены доходы.

    Все их показания – пустые слова. При этом они – соавторы преступления следствия, так как не будь их заявлений, не было бы уголовного дела, невинные люди не видели бы в тюрьме.

    Каждому из них будет исковое «воздаяние» – и за материальный, и за моральный ущерб, причем будет в самое ближайшее время. За клевету, мошенничество, налоговые и валютные преступления, колоссальный финансовый вред людям и организациям, моральные страдания как подсудимых, так и пайщиков кооператива «Бест Вей».

    Не 30 сребреников, а 35 тыс. «деревянных»
    «Потерпевшим» нужно понять, что активы, которые они с пеной у рта перечисляют в суде – которые якобы им должны, они с помощью данного уголовного дела не получат никогда. Следствие и стоящие за ним люди не для того претендуют на средства кооператива – 4 млрд руб., чтобы делиться.

    У людей, стоящих за уголовным делом, есть проект передать деньги в специфическую организацию – общественно-государственный фонд защиты пайщиков и акционеров, который выплатит… по 35 тыс. рублей, не более: так предусмотрено уставом этого фонда.

    «Гермес» работает
    Их участие на стороне следствия бессмысленно и в материальном плане, так как компания «Гермес» после рукотворного кризиса работает и выполняет свои обязательства перед клиентами. При этом, разумеется, заблокировав счета всем тем, кто подал на нее заявления в органы уголовной юстиции.

    Все активы переведены в топовые криптовалюты: проблем с выводом активов сейчас в компании нет.

    Любой клиент компании, не участвующий в войне с ней, может вывести средства и выйти в ноль прямо сейчас – ничего не потеряв во вложенных активах.

    При этом дав активы в рост, подождав два года, он через два года получит значительный доход.

    ОПГ Колокольцева и ее соучастники
    Давление со стороны руководства МВД и инспирированные МВД статьи в федеральных СМИ провоцируют «потерпевших» выдумывать претензии, привлекают тех, кто отказывался подавать заявление в качестве потерпевшего на то, чтобы заявить материальные и моральные претензии.

    Правоохранительные органы сознательно подзуживают людей, чтобы увеличить массу потерпевших и требований. Но они обманывают людей – потерпевшие ничего не получат, и делают их преступниками.

    Многие из «потерпевших» это уже поняли. На суд 1 августа не явилось ни одно из заявленных лиц, признанных следствием потерпевшим. Есть отказы от статуса потерпевшего, десятки лиц, признанных потерпевшими, отказываются выступать в суде.

    Они осознали, что незаконно, обманным путем претендовать на чужое имущество – воровство и мошенничество. И они не должны участвовать в клевете на других людей.

    Сфабриковавшие дело Сапетова, Машевский, Винокуров, Негрозов и другие – преступники. Как и покрывающий их министр Колокольцев.

Farmers who illegally log and sell the wood to timber companies are given around $200 for their chainsaws, as well as up to $450 in financial support for them to set up an alternative, sustainable livelihood, such as opening a shop, organic farming and even beekeeping.

    The scheme also involves addressing the root causes of the problem. According to HIH, many of the farmers who turn to logging do so because they need the money for basics like healthcare.

    “They live far from the healthcare clinics, and they see logging as a place where they can get quick cash,” explained Mahardika “Dika” Putra, conservation program manager at HIH. “If they need this amount of money, they cut this amount of trees.

    “We asked what solutions they think they need to live in harmony with the forest and they said, ‘high quality, affordable healthcare, and training in organic farming.’”

    Питерский главк МВД сделал Колокольцева пустозвоном и предателем Родины

    Так называемое уголовное дело «Лайф-из-Гуд» – «Гермес» – «Бест Вей», состряпанное питерским главком МВД России совместно с рядом сотрудников ЦБ, выглядит весьма невзрачно – особенно на фоне громких заявлений, звучавших от руководителей Министерства внутренних дел на всю страну: сотни миллиардов ущерба, десятки тысяч «пострадавших». И при этом только 221 гражданин, признанный следствием потерпевшим, с суммой ущерба отнюдь не в миллиарды, а в 282 млн рублей. Ложь прозвучала из уст министра Колокольцева с трибуны Совета Федерации, его пресс-секретарь Волк разместила лживые сведения во всех федеральных СМИ.

    В уголовном деле претензии предъявляются иностранной компании «Гермес», маркетинговым представителем которой была фирма «Лайф-из-Гуд» – однако «ответчиком» по этим претензиям следствие ГСУ ГУ МВД по Санкт-Петербургу и Прокуратура Санкт-Петербурга пытаются сделать кооператив «Бест Вей». Следствие, выходя за грань абсурда, утверждает, что иностранная компания «Гермес» и некоммерческая управляемая своими пайщиками организация «Бест Вей», между которыми не было ни одной бухгалтерской проводки, вместе с «Лайф-из-Гуд» якобы образовывали «холдинг под единым брендом».

    При этом уже более двух лет сначала по ходатайству ГСУ ГУ МВД по Санкт-Петербургу, а затем Прокуратуры Санкт-Петербурга арестованы 4 млрд. на счетах кооператива, хотя ущерб в обвинительном заключении – 282 млн рублей, и даже (незаконная) обязанность выплатить его в отношении кооператива никак не повлияла бы на его ликвидность. Однако цель – правдами и неправдами забрать именно 4 млрд.

    Ущерб – и материальный, и моральный – уже нанесен и продолжает наноситься десяткам тысяч пайщиков кооператива «Бест Вей», которые более двух лет не могут приобрести недвижимость, на которую собрали деньги – тем более что квартиры существенно подорожали, или забрать собранные средства, которые лежат без движения и обесцениваются.

    Среди этих пайщиков – сотни участников СВО, которые защищают Родину с оружием в руках – но в тылу по отношению к ним совершается преступление: их пытаются лишить жилья и денег.

    Преступная следственная группа

    Уголовное дело дурно пахло изначально. Выяснилось, что «нулевая» потерпевшая Наталья Школьник, с которой началось уголовное дело, не сама подала заявление в правоохранительные органы – оперуполномоченный УЭБиПК ГУ МВД по Санкт-Петербургу майор полиции Алексей Машевский ездил к ней за заявлением в Республику Коми: то есть дело было срежиссировано. Кстати, Школьник на заседании Приморского районного суда отказалась от статуса потерпевшей по этому уголовному делу, который был ей присвоен следствием.

    При этом Школьник и другие из самой первой группы «потерпевших» имеют отношение к созданию кооператива «Вера» – копии кооператива «Бест Вей», которую создала группа бывших участников «Бест Вей» как проект. Этот кооператив пытался оттянуть у «Бест Вей» пайщиков.

    За уголовным делом стоит альянс силовиков и мошенников – преступное сообщество под эгидой МВД. Силовики предложили мошенникам силовой ресурс для рейдерского захвата, чтобы отнять имущество кооператива и вместе поделить.

    Любопытно, что относительно недавно одна из экс-членов следственной группы – майор юстиции Зайцева, была поймана вместе с коллегой на взятке в 8 млн. рублей, которую они вымогали по другому уголовному делу.

    Следственную группу возглавляла майор, затем подполковник юстиции Екатерина Сапетова (по завершении расследования она уволилась из МВД) – систематически занимавшаяся подлогом сама и организовывшая подлог с помощью подчиненных следователей. Ее дело продолжил новый руководитель следственной группы – замначальника ГСУ ГУ МВД по Санкт-Петербургу полковника юстиции Александр Винокуров (Сапетова формально перешла на позицию его заместителя). Он издал постановление о признании кооператива гражданским ответчиком по уголовному делу на 16 млрд рублей – заведомо подложное, так как в уголовном деле вообще не оказалось исковых требований к кооперативу.

    Взятие заложников. Следственные действия были завершены в июне 2023 года притворно – чтобы не выпускать из тюрьмы обвиняемых, от которых следствие добивалось показаний. Если бы следствие было продлено в июне прошлого года, их пришлось бы отпустить, так как в августе у четверых обвиняемых истекал предельный срок содержания под стражей.

    Следствие, как установил тот же Приморский районный суд, рассматривающий сейчас уголовное дело по существу, не проинформировало участников процесса о завершении следственных действий, а потом заявило, что никто из гражданских истцов и ответчиков не выразил желания ознакомиться с материалами – ему нужно было поскорее приступить к процедуре ознакомления обвиняемых с материалами уголовного дела и на этом основании добиться у суда продления им «стражи».

    Чтобы держать их в заложниках – и добиваться оговора других граждан в обмен на изменение меры пресечения.

    Притворное завершение следственных действий. Фактически следственные действия не завершались – они продолжались весь период, когда происходило ознакомление обвиняемых с материалами уголовного дела, что также является грубейшим нарушением УПК. В результате количество потерпевших уже в период финальных процессуальных мероприятий в рамках предварительного расследования, накануне передачи обвинительного заключения в прокуратуру для утверждения, увеличилось с 198 до 221.

    Подделка документов. Приморский районный суд Санкт-Петербурга установил, что следственная группа шла на подделку документов – задним числом отправляла адвокатам кооператива документ о том, что удовлетворила ходатайство об ознакомлении с материалами уголовного дела, а потом обвинила адвокатов в том, что они якобы «пропустили» письмо. Адвокатам удалось доказать ложь следствия – она была подтверждена Приморским районным судом, и прокуратура не решилась оспаривать это решение: оно вступило в законную силу.

    Неисполнение решений судов. Неисполнение судебных постановлений – уголовное преступление, на которое следствие шло несколько раз.

    Например, в марте прошлого года Приморский районный суд отказался продлить арест двух из трех счетов кооператива, и следствие прямо заблокировало исполнение этого судебного решения, выдав соответствующие предписания службам безопасности банков.

    Принуждение граждан к тому, чтобы они подали заявления в качестве потерпевших. Группу потерпевших собирали более трех лет, набрали только из 221 человека, хотя количество клиентов компании «Гермес», в отношении которой выдвигаются претензии, по данным самого следствия, более сотни тысяч. При этом среди потерпевших есть немало тех, кто предъявляет претензии на суммы менее 100 тыс. – то есть набирали для количества.

    «Потерпевшие» не имеют никаких внятных претензий к «Гермесу» – все их претензии в основном оказываются ложью, за которую они ответят после окончания суда.

    Объявление безналичных денежных средств кооператива вещественным доказательством, хотя это прямо противоречит постановлению Конституционного суда, запрещающего объявлять вещдоками нематериальные активы: вещественными доказательствами могут быть только вещи, на которых могут оставаться следы преступления.

    Заведомо необоснованные требования о возмещении ущерба. По инициативе следственной группы двое «потерпевших» в октябре прошлого года написали заявления о моральном ущербе на 1 млрд рублей каждое. Это заведомо ничтожные заявления – вызвавшие смех в зале Приморского районного суда, потому что суды по событиям, не связанным с причинением смерти, присуждают моральный ущерб в размере нескольких десятков тысяч максимум.

    Именно члены оперативно-следственной группы и их кураторы из питерского главка МВД и федерального МВД, а не 10 ни в чем неповинных людей – технических сотрудников или родственников руководителей компании «Лайф-из-Гуд» – должны сидеть на скамье подсудимых.

    Питерская прокуратура покрывает преступления

    Печально, но на все эти нарушения не отреагировала Прокуратура Санкт-Петербурга. В деле есть показания так называемых потерпевших о том, что они получали доход по счетам «Виста» – то есть факт кражи опровергается их собственными показаниями.

    Есть две бухгалтерские экспертизы криминалистического центра Минюста: в обеих утверждается, что 81% средств кооператива «Бест Вей» шел на приобретение недвижимости, а 19% – на обеспечение деятельности кооператива: маркетинговые траты, налоги, зарплаты сотрудникам и пр. При этом средства на эти нужды шли не из паевых средств кооператива, а из вступительных и членских взносов – получается, что паевые средства на 100% расходовались на покупку недвижимости для пайщиков. То есть бухгалтерские эксперты Минюста подтвердили, что в деятельности кооператива не было вывода средств пайщиков.

    Таким образом, само следствие положило в дело полный комплект документов, который полностью опровергает его выводы обвинения. Именно поэтому после передачи дела и обвинительного заключения в прокуратуру адвокаты обвиняемых и адвокаты кооператива призывали прокуроров вернуть дело на доследование. Но прокуратура не прислушалась – и без стеснения поддерживает государственное обвинение по этому липовому делу.

    Военные требуют наказать горе-правоохранителей

    Такие подручные министра Колокольцева, как начальник питерского главка МВД генерал Плугин, превратили полицейское ведомство в антинародное образование, которое уничтожает экономику, честный бизнес, разоряет налогоплательщиков.

    Сам министр Колокольцев врет Совету Федерации, врет правительству, врет Президенту – врет, врет и врет, выдумывает громкие дела с помощью своей помощницы Ирины Волк и других членов собственной команды.

    А узники, почти три года томящиеся в тюрьме без приговора суда, должны быть срочно отпущены.

    Надеемся, суд восстановит справедливость в этом деле, освободит невиновных и накажет тех, кто действительно совершил преступления против граждан и страны.

Кстати, Прокуратура Санкт-Петербурга проявляет к нему удивительную деликатность, отказываясь обеспечить его привод в суд – не потому ли, что Лях как хочет вертит прокуратурой, по крайней мере прокуратурой Северной столицы, и она фактически выполняет его заказ?

    Фонд пытается отобрать активы на 16 млрд рублей у 20 тыс. пайщиков – при этом все, в том числе так называемые потерпевшие по уголовному делу, получат от фонда не более 35 тыс. рублей! Это черным по белому записано в уставе фонда и многократно подтверждено его сотрудниками. Фонд живет за счет отнятых у организаций денег – он не станет делиться ни с кем, кроме коррумпированных правоохранителей, которые помогают ему отобрать деньги у честных людей!

    Очевидна связь фонда с атаками на кооператив «Бест Вей», которая была заметна задолго до уголовного дела. Фонд от своего имени, на своем сайте, не имеющем лицензии СМИ, публиковал хейтерские статьи о кооперативе.

    Хейтеры – сообщники рейдеров

    Потом были созданы высокобюджетные хейтерские телеграм-канал и сайт, причем работающие в теснейшей связке с бригадой гособвинителей из питерской прокуратуры – публикующие в реальном времени информацию из уголовного дела: только выступил свидетель – и в течение часа появляется документ из уголовного дела. Хейтерскими ресурсами занимаются, в частности, Михаил Степанов и Белла Кесельман, подробная информация о которых готовится к публикации.

    Гособвинители даже публиковали там свои телефоны – для оперативного консультирования выступающих в суде со стороны обвинения: госуслуги на высшем уровне!

    То есть государство срастается с бандитской организацией, обслуживающей частные интересы Ляха и его партнеров. Имена всех хейтеров установлены!

    Малиновская – шестерка коррупционеров

    На этой же стороне выступила судья по гражданским делам Приморского районного суда Малиновская – которая просто подмахнула иск прокуратуры о признании кооператива незаконным, фактически без разбирательства: борьба с этим иском предстоит теперь в Санкт-Петербургском городском суде, в который поступит не только жалоба кооператива, но и тысячи жалоб со стороны пайщиков кооператива, законные интересы которых в нарушение ГК и ГПК не были учтены при рассмотрении этого иска.

    Судья Малиновская помогает обворовывать народ. Малиновская, ущемляя интересы народа, отбирая активы у кооператива и жилье у граждан, провоцирует дестабилизацию в стране. И справляется с этим блестяще! Она пытается отобрать у людей жилье и накопления в народном кооперативе. У военных, фронтовиков, семей фронтовиков!

    Она отбирает жилье у честных людей. Ущемляет военных, которые создали кооператив «Бест Вей» и вошли в него со своими семьями. Тем самым подрывает веру в президента, который наделил ее полномочиями.

    Государство и народ

    Государство, выступая от имени народа, на самом деле грабит этот самый народ. Фонд Ляха и его ручные хейтеры устраивают все так, что народ и компании они обворовывают с помощью народного государства, прокуратурой и судьями которого они манипулируют, чтобы они помогали Ляху грабить народ.

    Организаторам атаки на кооператив, использующим государственные институты в личных интересах, следует иметь в виду вот что. Нет ничего страшнее народа, доведенного до отчаяния беспредельными полицейскими, продажными прокурорами и несправедливыми судьями!

    Нет ничего страшнее униженных людей, у которых отобрали накопления и жилье, которым уже нечего терять. Они дойдут до высших инстанций и добьются того, что их мнение будет услышано!

    12-18 октября в Санкт-Петербурге состоялись девять судов первой инстанции по рассмотрению ходатайств руководителя следственной группы ГСУ ГУ МВД России по городу Санкт-Петербургу и Ленинградской области полковника юстиции А. Н. Винокурова о продлении мер пресечения обвиняемым на новые три месяца — до 19 января 2024 года — в связи с общим продлением срока предварительного расследования до середины февраля 2024 года.

    Четыре заседания состоялись в Санкт-Петербургском городском суде — по продлению ареста гражданам, у которых еще в середине августа превышен предельный срок содержания под стражей — полтора года: Анне Высоцкой, Александре Григорьевой, Елене Соловьевой и Михаилу Измайлову. Пять заседаний прошло в Приморском районном суде города Санкт-Петербурга: по продлению «стражи» Альмире Гильберт, Дмитрию Мазанову, Анатолию Наливану и Денису Шишко; по продлению домашнего ареста Вячеславу Выдрину. Мера пресечения в виде запрета определенных действий еще одному обвиняемому — Виктору Ивановичу Василенко, отцу основателя «Лайф-из-Гуд» и кооператива «Бест Вей» Романа Василенко, была избрана 23 марта на весь срок предварительного расследования.

    Все ходатайства были судьями удовлетворены, при этом работа следствия во многих случаях подвергались ими критике. И во второй инстанции (а по всем девяти судебным постановлениям адвокатами поданы апелляции) сохранение мер пресечения не будет для следственной группы простой задачей.

    Следствие завершено?
    Формально предварительное расследование вышло на финишную прямую в июне, так как в августе истекал предельный срок содержания под стражей четверых обвиняемых: Высоцкой, Григорьевой, Соловьевой и Измайлова. Срок следственных действий был согласно постановлению заместителя начальника Следственного департамента МВД России генерал-майора юстиции А. Н. Вохмянина ограничен июлем, а общий срок предварительного расследования, включающий и процессуальные действия после завершения следственных, — серединой октября. Но в октябре генерал Вохмянин издал постановление о продлении общего срока предварительного расследования до середины февраля 2024 года, в связи с тем, что следственная группа не смогла завершить процессуальные действия — ознакомление обвиняемых с материалами дела и составление обвинительного заключения для передачи уголовного дела в суд для рассмотрения по существу.

    Продление объяснялось в судах ознакомлением обвиняемых с материалами уголовного дела, в котором 210 томов. Однако еще перед первым июльским продлением «стражи» в связи с ознакомлением с материалами уголовного дела возникли две процессуальные проблемы, которые не исчезли и в октябре.

    Первая — по утверждению адвокатов обвиняемых, пропущен этап ознакомления с материалами дела гражданских истцов и гражданских ответчиков, то есть сам переход к ознакомлению обвиняемых был незаконен. Следовательно, необходимо было вернуться на предыдущий этап, отпустив обвиняемых из-под стражи, тем более что следственные действия завершены.

    Вторая — все обвиняемые до одного отказались знакомиться с материалами дела из-за грубых процессуальных нарушений, допущенных при завершении следственных действий в июне. Завершение следственных действий проводилось, как говорят адвокаты, в пожарном порядке, с грубыми процессуальными нарушениями. Обвиняемым, по утверждению адвокатов, дали в среднем полчаса на прочтение более чем 70-страничных постановлений о привлечении в качестве обвиняемых — большинство успело прочитать не более 20 страниц; отказались провести допросы после предъявления обвинений, на которых настаивали обвиняемые и т. д. В связи с этими нарушениями адвокаты обращались в Управление Следственного комитета России по городу Санкт-Петербургу по признакам должностных преступлений со стороны следственной группы.

    Следствие, поясняют адвокаты причины этих действий следственной группы, в конце весны — начале лета сего года оказалось в цейтноте. Оно, по убеждению адвокатов, всеми силами стремилось не выпустить обвиняемых, что обязано было бы сделать, если бы следственные действия были продлены или точно выполнен алгоритм, определенный УПК для завершения предварительного расследования.

    Основанием для оставления под стражей могло быть только начало ознакомления обвиняемых с материалами дела, и потому следствие, по оценке адвокатов, начало заниматься процессуальным хакингом: сначала с нарушениями провело предъявление обвинений в окончательной редакции, а затем заявило, что никто из гражданских истцов и ответчиков не изъявил желания знакомиться с материалами дела.

    Отказались знакомиться?
    Последнее утверждение, говорят адвокаты, не соответствует действительности. Адвокатам известен как минимум один из гражданских истцов, который намеревался ознакомиться с материалами дела, — его фамилия называлась в судах.

    Что же касается гражданских ответчиков, то документально подтверждено, что намерение ознакомиться с материалами дела выражал кооператив «Бест Вей» — один из гражданских ответчиков. Причем этот статус был присвоен ему самой следственной группой: постановлением руководителя следственной группы А. Н. Винокурова кооператив стал гражданским ответчиком аж на 16 млрд рублей, причем следствие отказывалось представить истцов и их исковые требования.

    Однако на недавнее заседание Приморского районного суда по аресту счетов кооператива на новый трехмесячный срок были принесены заявления от двух граждан, признанных следствием потерпевшими, о взыскании морального ущерба в объеме по одному миллиарду рублей на каждого из заявителей. Причем общий материальный ущерб, имеющийся в уголовном деле, на этих двоих граждан — менее миллиона.

    Но, подчеркивают адвокаты, во-первых, оба требования о возмещении морального ущерба адресованы «виновным лицам», а не кооперативу. Следствие предлагает рассматривать кооператив как одно из этих лиц — речь идет, по версии следствия и лиц, признанных им потерпевшими, о невыполнении обязательств компанией «Гермес Менеджмент», а кооператив якобы был с этой компанией аффилирован, потому и должен отвечать по обязательствам этой иностранной компании, не имеющей активов в России. Во-вторых, отмечают адвокаты, требования о возмещении морального ущерба обосновываются общими словами о моральных страданиях и ухудшении здоровья, а должны, согласно законодательству, основываться на обстоятельствах причинения ущерба личным неимущественным правам.

    Требования возмещения морального ущерба, подчеркивают адвокаты, призваны дать хоть какую-то материальную основу для ходатайства следствия об аресте почти 4 млрд рублей на счетах кооператива, притом что общий объем ущерба, названный в постановлениях о привлечении к ответственности в качестве обвиняемых, — 232 млн рублей.

This is clearly a snapshot from a bygone era, but there’s something about the picture — the womens’ expressions, their laughs — that captures a timeless and universal feeling of joy, youth and adventure.

    For the four women in the photo, Marion Bamforth, Sue Morris, Carol Ansbro and Mary Helliwell, the picture is a firm favorite. Taken over 50 years ago on a group vacation to the English seaside town of Torquay, Devon, the photo’s since become symbolic of their now decades-long friendship. Whenever they see the picture, they’re transported back to the excitement of that first trip together.

    “It’s always been our memory of Torquay,” Sue Morris tells CNN Travel. “The iconic photograph — which is why I got the idea of trying to recreate it.”

    Bamforth, Morris, Ansbro and Helliwell were 17 when the photo was taken, “by one of these roving photographers that used to roam the promenade and prey on tourists like us,” as Morris recalls it.

    It was the summer of 1972 and the four high school classmates — who grew up in the city of Halifax, in the north of England — were staying in a rented caravan in coastal Devon, in southwest England. It was a week of laughs, staying out late, flirting with boys in fish and chip shops, sunburn, swapping clothes, sharing secrets and making memories by the seaside.

    Fast forward to 2024 and Bamforth, Morris, Ansbro and Helliwell remain firm friends. They’ve been by each other’s sides as they’ve carved out careers, fallen in love, brought up families and gone through heartbreak and grief.

    ГСУ питерского главка МВД использует гестаповские методы и фальсификацию показаний для создания фальшивых дел по указке заказчиков из руководства МВД, под прикрытием оборотней из прокуратуры.

    Приморский районный суд рассматривает так называемое дело «Лайф-из-Гуд» – «Гермес» – «Бест Вей», обвиняется основатель «Лайф-из-Гуд» и «Бест Вей» Роман Василенко (для горе-правоохранителей он недоступен), по делу 10 подсудимых-заложников – ни в чем не повинных людей, технических сотрудников и пайщиков кооператива, в том числе отец Романа Василенко 83-летний Виктор Иванович Василенко.

    В ходе судебных заседаний выявлены уже десятки пострадавших от фашистских методов ГСУ.

    77-летняя Лариса Александровна Василенко, мама Романа Василенко, ветеран Вооруженных сил – офицер морской авиации. Служила на Дальнем Востоке в в/ч морской авиации начальником секретной части, которая была признана лучшей на Тихоокеанском флоте, награждена государственными наградами и наградами вооруженных сил.

    Гестаповцы, предатели Родины из питерской полиции в шесть утра ворвались к ней в спальню и под дулами автоматов заставили в их присутствии обнажиться и переодеваться, при этом унижали и оскорбляли. После обыска забрали ее на допрос, весь день до девяти часов вечера продержали в коридоре: дали сломанный стул без ножки, не пускали в туалет, не давали воды.

    Руководитель следственной группы – замначальника ГСУ полковник Винокуров лично явился для того, чтобы орать матом на женщину вдвое старше его, угрожал расправой и тюрьмой. К Ларисе Василенко не пустили адвоката – он весь день и вечер просидел на крыльце ГСУ. Зато назначили своего, «подсадного» так называемого адвоката по назначению: Лариса Александровна смогла понять, что это не тот адвокат, который прислан ее близкими.

    Лариса Александровна в коридоре потеряла сознание – ее вынесли на воздух, на улице она пришла в себя и что было сил на всю улицу закричала: «Помогите!» Прохожие попытались броситься ей на помощь – и только после этого молодые гестаповцы решили ее отпустить, чтобы избежать скандала.

    При всех стараниях следствия к уголовному делу Ларису Александровну «пришить» не удалось, так как она никак не была связана с «Лайф-из-Гуд» и «Бест Вей» – то есть оснований для ее допроса не было никаких: это была попытка найти хоть какой-то компромат на ее сына.

    Виктор Василенко

    83-летний Виктор Иванович Василенко ветеран Вооруженных сил, полковник морской авиации, инвалид второй группы – он не видит на один глаз.

    Жестко задержан и принудительно доставлен в ГСУ на допрос. Во время задержания у него забрали все деньги, которые были с собой, не оприходовали и не вернули ему – украли деньги у пенсионера!

    Во время длительного допроса терял сознание – ему вызывали скорую. Но это не помешало помещению Виктора Ивановича на трое суток в КПЗ. Трое суток настоящих пыток: КПЗ страшнее, чем СИЗО! Все эти трое суток над ним издевались и оскорбляли.

    Оборотни в погонах МВД требовали заключить 83-летнего инвалида под стражу – но даже судья Цибизова, имеющая репутацию максимально лояльной к следствию, пришла в ужас от гестаповских методов и отказалась это сделать – оставила старика-инвалида дома под ограничением определенных действий.

    83-летнего ветерана привлекли в уголовное дело в качестве обвиняемого на том основании, что он был пайщиком кооператива – фактически взяли его в заложники.
    Так МВД преступно издевается даже над заслуженными пенсионерами, ветеранами, которые посвятили свою жизнь защите Родины.

    Зоя Семёнова

    75-летняя Зоя Магомедовна Семёнова, пенсионерка из Самары. Ее грубо задержали в аэропорту Пулково, когда она улетала домой после участия в заседании суда, на котором Зоя Магомедовна поддерживала кооператив. Параллельно провели в ее доме в ее отсутствие обыск – сломали дверь, разбили окна.

    Ее силой доставили на допрос, весь день держали в застенках ГСУ, не давали воды и сходить в туалет. Не вызвали врача, несмотря на критическое состояние здоровья – давление за 200.

    С ней работали одновременно два следователя. Следователь Мальцев во время допроса кричал на нее, грозился посадить в подвал. Следователь Сапетова в роли «доброго следователя» говорила, что готова войти в положение и отпустить: «Только подпишите».

    Зою Магомедовну довели до такого состояния, что она не могла читать то, что давали ей подписывать, – при этом Сапетова не стала зачитывать ей вслух написанные самой следовательницей-преступницей «показания», чтобы Зоя Магомедовна не заявила об отказе от показаний.

    На суде выяснилось, что практически вся информация, внесенная следователем в протокол допроса, не подтверждается – Семёнова отказалась от своих показаний, сказала, что слышит в первый раз якобы свои высказывания, с ними не согласна, не знает даже таких слов и не могла использовать таких формулировок, не говоря уже о смысле «показаний», который не соответствует ни фактам, ни отношению Зои Магомедовны к кооперативу МВД – она поддерживала и продолжает поддерживать кооператив «Бест Вей», о чем заявила в суде.

    Евгений Иорданиди

    ­­­­66-летний Евгений Иорданиди офицер Военно-морского флота в отставке, кавалер государственных наград и наград Вооруженных сил.

    Подвергся жесткому обыску и жесткому допросу. Отказался в суде от акцентов в написанных за него показаний, на которые не обратил должного внимания из-за мер физического и морального воздействия на него во время допроса в ГСУ.

    Дмитрий Выдрин

    Дмитрий Выдрин – водитель, был консультантом по продаже продуктов «Гермеса».

    В результате жесткого допроса в ГСУ под угрозой заключения в СИЗО оговорил себя и других, чтобы получить домашний арест.

    Готов полностью отказаться от своих показаний – как полученных под пытками.

    Шамиль Фахруллин

    Пенсионер Шамиль Зиннатович Фахруллин был клиентом «Гермеса» и после жесткого допроса оговорил обвиняемых и написал заявление в качестве потерпевшего.

    Фахруллин скончался после допроса – по словам адвоката, он получил тяжелую психологическую травму на допросе, которая привела к инфаркту.

    Массовая фальсификация показаний

    Десятки свидетелей заявили в суде о том, что показания нарисованы, и отказывались от них в суде.

    Один из ключевых свидетелей обвинения – водитель Алексей Комаров – хотя и соглашался с красивыми показаниями, написанными за него следователями (в обмен на замену статуса с подозреваемого на свидетеля), во время судебного допроса не смог повторить эти показания даже частично, воспроизвести факты, которые он якобы приводил на следствии, – «бэкал», «мэкал» и в конце концов сослался на то, что перенес тяжелый коронавирус и все забыл.

    Таким образом, речь идет о массовой фальсификации показаний преступными следователями!

    Дискредитация вооруженных сил

    МВД и прокуратура в данном уголовном деле занимаются не чем иным, как дискредитацией Вооруженных сил, выступают против армии. Они унижают военных пенсионеров, наносят ущерб пайщикам кооператива – участникам СВО.

    К этому подключилась гнилая коррумпированная судья по гражданским делам Малиновская, вынесшая по наущению прокуратуры преступное, вредительское, откровенно незаконное решение, которое сейчас оспаривается в вышестоящих судах.

    Кооператив «Бест Вей» был создан в 2014 году капитаном третьего ранга запаса Романом Василенко прежде всего для решения жилищной проблемы действующих военнослужащих, военнослужащих, уволенных в запас, и членов их семей. Сейчас кооператив возглавляет полковник запаса депутат Государственной думы VIIсозыва Сергей Крючек. Членами кооператива являются тысячи участников СВО, орденоносцев – все они стараниями МВД и прокуратуры лишены своих денег, которые находятся под арестом, и лишены возможности купить квартиру, на которую собрали средства.

    Органы внутренних дел и примкнувшие к ним прокуроры систематически унижают военных – что наносит непоправимый ущерб престижу воинской службы – в воюющей России!

    Военные должны сплотиться против беззакония зажравшихся и жирующих тыловых беспредельщиков в погонах МВД и прокуратуры. Военным надо объединяться в борьбе с преступниками МВД и защищать свои права в рамках закона, добиваться контроля за правоохранительными органами, которые захвачены коррупционерами и предателями.

    Предателей – к ответу

Предприниматель переселился на Кипр за год до возбуждения уголовного дела следственными органами МВД, за полтора года до арестов. Он имеет паспорт Евросоюза и ни от кого не убегал, не скрывался и не скрывается.

    Предприниматель объявлялся в 2022 году в розыск в России – но следственными органами. Суд к нему претензий не выдвигал, уголовное дело сейчас рассматривается судом – и уже развалилось в суде.
