Tenistas yopaleños medallistas en Ibagué

Los tenistas de Yopal, Brigitte Gómez, Sofía López, Alejandro Castellanos y Juan Sebastián Castellanos, se subieron a lo más alto del podio en el Torneo G2 que se realizó en las últimas horas en Ibagué, Tolima.  

Los ganadores

Este medio digital conoció a través del profesor Javier Gómez, que los deportistas, obtuvieron los siguientes resultados, Brigitte, campeona sencillos categoría 14 años, Sofía, Subcampeona en sencillos y campeona dobles en la misma edad, mientras Alejandro, subcampeón dobles. 

Por su parte, Castellanos, obtuvo clasificación en dobles, resultados que da a conocer el nivel y la masificación que está teniendo el tenis de campo en el departamento y que continúa ganando un espacio importante a nivel nacional. En este evento aplaudieron el trabajo de los muchachos y del entrenador Jhonatan Hidalgo, por su labor con los jugadores.

Casanare regresó al Circuito

Es importante decir que en las últimas semanas en el Torneo Nacional Grado 3, Casanare marcó el regreso de los torneos del Circuito Nacional Juvenil, luego de la suspensión de cerca de dos meses que tuvo el calendario por la pandemia de Covid-19 que aún sigue vigente en el país.

Dijo la Federación que sin embargo, siguiendo estrictas normas de bioseguridad, la Liga de Tenis de Casanare cumplió con su realización de forma satisfactoria para los más de 70 tenistas inscritos.

Evento nacional

Las ligas de Antioquia y Boyacá fueron las más laureadas al llevarse cada una dos de los seis títulos que hubo en competencia. Mientras que Bogotá y Cundinamarca finalizaron con una corona. También hubo destacadas actuaciones de jugadores del PAD Equipo Colombia FCT-Mindeporte, ya que Amalia Hinestrosa se coronó campeona en 14 años y David Castellanos llegó a la final en 16, ambos jugando la categoría superior.
