Casa de Justicia de Yopal estrena sala de mediación policial

La Casa es un centro de información, orientación y prestación de servicios de resolución de conflictos, a través de mecanismos de justicia formal y no formal. En esta entidad se orienta a la ciudadanía sobre sus derechos, se trabaja en la prevención del delito, se lucha contra la impunidad y se promociona el uso de mecanismos alternativos para la resolución de conflictos.

Este centro de atención cuenta con un centro de recepción de información, cuatro comisarías de familia, cuatro inspecciones de Policía, un Centro de Conciliación, una sala de mediación policial, una sala de mediación policial, un Consultorio Jurídico y allí también ejercen funciones los Jueces de Paz.

Cifra:  6.297 usuarios ha atendido Casa de Justicia durante el 2021

El servicio

Este 27 de julio se dio apertura a la nueva sala de mediación policial que estará ubicada en la Casa de la Justicia y que tendrá presencia constante -con atención gratuita-, por parte de la Policía Nacional. 

“Orgulloso de esta inauguración porque el policía debe mediar, para la resolución de conflictos, diariamente en la ciudad. Los temas que más tratamos son relacionados con lesiones personales y homicidios” , destacó el comandante de la Policía Casanare, coronel José Rafael Miranda.

Esta sala será una oficina para mediar conflictos de convivencia de tipo social o familiar. Los servicios que prestará serán totalmente gratuitos.  “Ha sido un trabajo interinstitucional el que permitió abrir oficialmente la sala de mediación policial” , comentó el alcalde de Yopal, Luis Eduardo Castro.
