En Casanare buscan estrategias para evitar las drogas

Con el acompañamiento de la Embajada Americana, el Ministerio de Justicia y el Derecho; desde la Secretaría de Gobierno de Casanare y la Oficina de Convivencia y Seguridad Ciudadana, se fortalece la continuidad del programa judicial, “Tratamiento de Drogas en el Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes” (SRPA),   a través de generación de espacios adecuados, como la parte técnica y estratégica del sistema, cuyo fin, reducir el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en la población juvenil y así evitar que sean víctimas de este flagelo.

Por su parte, Alejandra Restrepo de la Embajada Americana y Angie Contreras Sánchez del Ministerio de Justicia y el Derecho, en mesa de trabajo sobre el fortalecimiento del programa judicial (SRPA), se mostraron sorprendidas en su visita por el liderazgo y logros significativos de la Gobernación, en la coordinación y ejecución del trabajo adelantado con la Alcaldía de Yopal, los operadores de Justicia y demás entidades de Salud.

“Desde la Administración Departamental, buscamos con este programa, prevenir las conductas delictivas en los adolescentes y disminuir su reincidencia en el consumo y realización de delitos a través de la generación de espacios al sistema de Responsabilidad Social, siendo pioneros a nivel Nacional ante otros departamentos”, manifestó Oscar Gómez Peñaloza, secretario de Gobierno de Casanare.

Conscientes de la necesidad de brindar a la población juvenil a través de esfuerzos que concierten varios componentes como la justicia, salud, educación, capacitación, entre otros apoyos en todo el territorio nacional y en este caso de Casanare.

Al respecto, Angie Contreras Sánchez del Ministerio de Justicia y el Derecho, manifestó; “queremos felicitar a la Gobernación de Casanare por todas las actividades que han desarrollado para la implementación del programa, en la disminución del consumo problemático que tienen, por lo que, desde el Ministerio de Justicia y la Embajada Americana, estamos brindando el apoyo y fortalecimiento en la prevención, la formación y resocialización de los adolescentes”.
