En Trinidad hombre habría golpeado a su pareja hasta dejarla inconsciente
Diego Armando Menza Marín, de 25 años, fue capturado el pasado 6 de agosto en un céntrico lugar del municipio de Trinidad (Casanare), ya que tenía vigente una orden de captura en su contra por en el delito de violencia intrafamiliar.
La Fiscalía lo presentó ante el juez de garantías, quien legalizó el procedimiento de captura y, luego de la imputación, le dictó medida aseguramiento en un centro carcelario. El procesado no aceptó los cargos endilgados por el ente acusador.
La denuncia da cuenta de que, el 27 de mayo de 2020 en su lugar de residencia en ese municipio, el hombre supuestamente golpeó a su compañera sentimental hasta dejarla inconsciente.
De acuerdo con la narración de la víctima, la agresión le dejó secuelas y señaló que los episodios violentos (maltrato físico y psicológico) eran constantes, casi siempre acompañados de amenazas.
