En Casanare, denuncian a falsos estafadores de vivienda

La estafa, una modalidad delictiva que se puede presentar en diferentes ámbitos del diario vivir, en esta ocasión desde la Oficina de Convivencia y Seguridad Ciudadana de Casanare junto con la Dirección Técnica de Vivienda departamental, se alerta a la comunidad a que no caiga en proyectos de vivienda falsos.

En redes sociales

Lo anterior, debido a las denuncias que se han dado a conocer en las redes sociales relacionadas con ofrecimientos de formularios, como en el cobro de dineros para poder vincularse a un proyecto de vivienda, situación que usan los delincuentes para aprovecharse de la necesidad e ilusión de la comunidad.

“La modalidad del delito como es la estafa, se puede combatir, los invitamos a que denuncien a las personas que realizan este tipo de actividades para que las autoridades tomen las acciones pertinentes y así erradicar ese mal negocio que afecta la economía y las necesidades de las familias”. Manifestó enfáticamente el Mayor José Alexander Pinto, director de la oficina de Seguridad y Convivencia Ciudadana Departamental.

Cobros indebidos

“Estamos atentos a acompañar cualquier tipo de denuncias pues a través de las redes sociales, sabemos que se están presentando supuestas dádivas o cobros indebidos e ilegales por cupos en proyectos de vivienda como; Torres de San Marcos, La Decisión, Las Mariselas, por lo que se alerta a la comunidad a que, si están siendo afectadas por dichos cobros, realicen las denuncias respectivas ante los entes de control”, explicó el arquitecto Ricardo Corso Buitrago de la Dirección Técnica de Vivienda de Casanare (foto).
