Desarticulan bandas que tenía azotado a comerciantes en Yopal

Un importante trabajo por la seguridad de la ciudad viene liderando la Secretaría de Gobierno, siempre con el respaldo de instituciones como la Policía Nacional, Ejército Nacional, Fiscalía, Fuerza Aérea y Migración Colombia. Esto se refleja en las más de 50 capturas de alto impacto registradas durante el 2021. 

Un total de 8 bandas dedicadas a la estafa, tráfico local y hurto en diferentes modalidades, fueron desarticuladas por las autoridades el año anterior. Una de ellas, fue la estructura criminal ‘Los Berlín’, liderada por alias ‘tronchatoro’. Sus 10 integrantes tenían azotado a comerciantes y familias de sectores aledaños al parque La Estancia.

52 operativos de registro y control lideró la Secretaría de Gobierno a través de los Gestores de Seguridad y Convivencia Ciudadana. Con ellos, la institucionalidad llegó a todas las comunas. En sectores como La Bendición, La Fortaleza, Los Progresos, entre otros, se tuvo constante presencia de las autoridades. 

Dato: El número de CAI en la ciudad pasó de 10 a 12 en operación.  

Con la entrada en operación de los bicicuadrantes, se está teniendo más presencia en parques y zonas comunes para el disfrute de las familias yopaleñas. 

Todo un acierto

Con la puesta en funcionamiento del Centro de Convivencia solidario transitorio para Migrantes en Yopal y con constantes operativos, la Administración Municipal logró el despeje total del intercambiador vial y sectores de la vía Marginal de la Selva, que eran ocupados por población migrante, generando desórdenes y afectaciones a la sana convivencia. 

Cifra: 51 encuentros comunitarios lideró la Secretaría de Gobierno durante el 2021.

Con el apoyo de diferentes instituciones y el trabajo hecho a través del programa Jóvenes Constructores de Yopal, se dio la recuperación del parque extremo de la ciudad. Con jornadas de aseo, culturales y deportivas, se tuvo presencia institucional. Además de esto, la cooperación entre la Policía Nacional y la Fiscalía, permitió la desarticulación de una banda dedicada al tráfico local que operaba en inmediaciones de este escenario deportivo. 

El trabajo responsable ha permitido que Yopal no figure en el top 11 de las ciudades con mayor percepción de inseguridad, según encuesta aplicada por el DANE en el 2021.
