Durante el 2021 Ecopetrol apoyó los sistemas productivos de 149 familias campesinas de 28 veredas en el municipio de Yopal (Casanare), a través de su programa Agrosol (Servicios de implementación de Soluciones Integrales Agropecuarias) y de la línea de inversión social ‘Desarrollo Rural Inclusivo’.
Mediante el programa Agrosol, la Empresa apoyó iniciativas productivas agropecuarias de las comunidades y del territorio, en tres pilares: sistemas productivos, capacidades socio productivas y promoción de la asistencia técnica integral.
De mayo a diciembre de 2021, las familias beneficiarias recibieron asistencia técnica personalizada, participaron de cinco escuelas de campo (ECA) y recibieron capacitación en sistemas productivos establecidos, tales como: avicultura, porcicultura, ganadería, plátano, piscicultura y café. En total se realizaron 894 visitas de acompañamiento a productores y 144 personas culminaron por encima del 80% las horas de capacitación presencial.
Wilson García, presidente de la vereda Tisagá, de Yopal, expresó que “somos una de las comunidades agradecidas porque, por primera vez, se capacitan personas de la comunidad para hacer estos sostenimientos de nuestras fincas. Satisfechos, hemos podido aprender desde criar un pollito, a sembrar una matica de caña; es excelente poder llevar la repoblación bovina y saber que hay que aprender a criar al becerrito, eso no lo habíamos tenido”.
La ejecución estuvo a cargo de la Cámara de Comercio de Casanare y benefició a las veredas Aracal, El Cravo, El Gaque, El Morro, El Perico, El Porvenir, El Progreso, Guayaquito, La Cabaña, La Colorada, La Guamalera, La Libertad, La Reforma, La Vega, Marroquín, Planadas, Socochó, Tisagá, Jordán, Brisas del Cravo, Cagüí Esperanza, Rincón del Soldado, El Palmar, Floreña, Mata de Limón, Naranjitos, Palo Bajito y Villa del Carmen.
Andrés Martínez, beneficiario del programa Agrosol de la vereda la Floreña en Yopal, manifestó su agradecimiento con el programa por las capacitaciones recibidas. “Con estas capacitaciones fortalecimos el poquito conocimiento que ya teníamos para ser competitivos, para mejorar nuestra condición de vida, nuestra parte económica y para no cometer errores como antes, muchas gracias por los incentivos que también nos dan”.
Para el desarrollo de esta primera fase del programa de soluciones integrales agropecuarias, Ecopetrol aportó más de $315 millones, en busca de contribuir a la reactivación económica de la región, al empoderamiento y vocaciones agrícolas, y al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de las comunidades rurales.
Para este año, la Empresa estudia la posibilidad de desarrollar una segunda fase con los productores que culminaron satisfactoriamente el proceso y que cumplen con los requisitos legales, para brindar apoyo a los sistemas productivos, así como a la realización de ejercicios de diagnóstico rural participativo específicos para problemas rurales identificados.
