Este martes 7 de junio, comenzó a rodar el balón en las canchas de fútbol 5, ubicadas en el Complejo Deportivo El Hobo, de Yopal. Representantes de diferentes medios de comunicación, y entidades del gobierno juegan el torneo ‘En honor a los que ya no están’, los comunicadores sociales, Karol Jiménez, Omar Rey Martínez, Lucas Prada y Javier Gaviria, quienes fueron víctimas de la pandemia Covid -19.
Cabe decir que la organización del mismo está a cargo del periodista Giovanny Reyes, jefe de prensa de la Gobernación de Casanare y parte de su equipo de trabajo; asimismo el Indercas, que dirige Fabián Peralta Martínez, entregó material deportivo y la parte de arbitraje, mientras el IDRY, a cargo de Miguel Barón Pirabán, prestó las canchas.
Como se esperaba, el ambiente durante la primera jornada fue bastante alegre, no solo los equipos protagonistas vistieron sus mejores galas, también gente ligada a los medios, familiares de los jugadores apoyaron desde la tribuna y por su puesto familiares de los homenajeados. Previo al pitazo inicial, se hizo un minuto de silencio.
El grupo A, lo conforman Suram TV – La Voz de Yopal RCN, quinteto que venció a TV Stream 5 goles por 4. Mientras la Defensoría del Pueblo y Violeta Stereo, pactaron a 6 tantos. Tuvo jornada de descanso la escuadra del Concejo de Yopal. La llave la lidera Suram con 3 puntos.
Por su parte el Grupo B, arrojó los siguientes resultados. Prensa Gobernación de Casanare, se impuso a Real Medios FC 7 tantos por 4, y Candela Stereo goleó 6-0 a Radio Noticias Casanare FC.
La próxima jornada se disputará el jueves 9 de junio a las 8:00 p.m. en la cancha 1, juegan Real Medios FC versus Candela, a la misma hora en el otro espacio deportivo, Concejo de Yopal enfrenta a TV Stream. A segunda hora, se miden Suram – La Voz de Yopal RCN ante la Defensoría, y RNC FC se verá las caras con Prensa Gobernación.
