Ecopetrol entregó 8,4 kilómetros de placa huella en Aguazul, con Obras por Impuestos

El Gobierno Nacional, a través del mecanismo de Obras por Impuestos, continúa trabajando de la mano con el sector empresarial para cerrar brechas en infraestructura de la red vial en las Zonas más afectadas por el conflicto armado ZOMAC.  

Esta vez Ecopetrol en trabajo articulado con el Ministerio de Transporte, INVIAS, la Agencia de Renovación del Territorio, ART, la Gobernación de Casanare, la Alcaldía de Aguazul y líderes comunitarios, realizó el mejoramiento de la infraestructura de la red vial terciaria en las veredas El Salitre, Alto Lindo, Laureles y San Ignacia del municipio de Aguazul. 

Las obras de mejoramiento consistieron en la construcción de 8,44 km de placa huella, 16.880 metros de cunetas y bordillos y 27 estructuras de manejo hidráulico (alcantarillas), incluyendo cajas de recolección, encoles y descole.  

Con la construcción de esta placa huella se benefician más de 378 habitantes del sector, reactivando la economía local al permitir la conectividad entre las poblaciones rurales y el municipio, facilitando el transporte de insumos y productos agropecuarios, y al mismo tiempo el acceso al servicio de salud, educación y empleo.  

Vidal Alberto Pérez, presidente de la vereda Los Laurelescuya principal actividad económica es la ganadería, con respecto a losbeneficios que ha traído la obra para la comunidad, comento: “Para nosotros fue magnífico la construcción de esa obra porque anteriormente era muy complicado sacar nuestros productos hacía Aguazul, era muy difícil el transporte (…) no solamente de los productos sino el desplazamiento de las personas a cualquier actividad que teníamos que ir a hacer al pueblo”. 

Para María Cenaida García, presidenta de la vereda El Salitre esta obra representa un beneficio importante para su comunidad y comenta que al principio no creían que fuese posible su desarrollo al no estar dentro del área de influencia directa de Ecopetrol.  “Muy agradecida por esa obra con Ecopetrol (…) un proyecto excelentísimo de Obras por Impuestos, porque son directamente ellos quienes vienen y hacen la inversión y todo queda dentro del territorio”, resaltó.  

La iniciativa tiene un valor total que supera los $16.230 millones, a través del mecanismo de Obras por Impuestos, que estableció el Gobierno Nacional para la ejecución de proyectos de inversión a las poblaciones de municipios ZOMAC (Zonas Más Afectadas por el Conflicto Armado).  

A través de este mecanismo, en la línea de infraestructura vial y en trabajo articulado con el Ministerio de Transporte, Ecopetrol también realiza la pavimentación de 3,23 km de tramos viales del casco urbano del municipio de Paz de Ariporo, con una inversión cercana a los $9.870 millones, los cuales van a beneficiar a 11.172 habitantes del municipio. 

Así mismo, durante el 2021, entregó dotación de aulas básicas, mobiliario y menaje de cocinas y restaurantes, y mobiliario para residencias estudiantiles a 210 sedes educativas, en los municipios de Aguazul, Chámeza, Hato Corozal, Maní, Monterrey, Paz de Ariporo, Pore, Recetor, Sabanalarga, Támara y Tauramena, beneficiando a más de 19 mil estudiantes. 

A la fecha las empresas del Grupo Ecopetrol se han vinculado con 8 proyectos en el departamento de Casanare con una proyección en inversión superior a los $91,3 mil millones que benefician a más de 93 mil habitantes.
