Miles de personas han salido este viernes a protestar a las calles de Estados Unidos a propósito del fallo del Tribunal Supremo para ilegalizar el derecho al aborto en varios estados del país.

La organización Planned Parenthood, consorcio que gestiona la mayor red de clínicas de salud reproductiva en la nación norteamericana estuvo al frente de algunas protestas, aunque se reportan otras alzadas espontáneas.
Las manifestantes se han dirigido a lugares emblemáticos del país, como al Ayuntamiento de Pensilvania (Filadelfia) y la Corte Federal de Austin (Texas), para hacer notar su desacuerdo con la decisión del Supremo y hacerse eco a nivel internacional.
En tanto, el tráfico del centro de California, Los Ángeles, ha sido bloqueado por las protestas y dos manifestaciones diferentes se han encontrado frente al parlamento estatal de Atlanta Georgia.
Al momento de la decisión del Supremo, se ilegalizó el aborto en nueve estados: Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Luisiana, Misuri, Oklahoma, Dakota del Sur, Utah y Wisconsin.
Al respecto, Planned Parenthood pronosticó que en los próximos días se prohibirá el aborto en 26 estados.
