Para la representante de los llaneros, esta fue una nueva experiencia para la mayoría de los deportistas, “se ganaron partidos muy importantes. Tanto en equipos, dobles e individual. Se hizo una buena representación, cada uno de los deportistas dio lo máximo”, expresó.
Dijo Albarracín que cada una de la delegación celebró cada punto ganado y sufrió por cada punto perdido. “Esperábamos mejores resultados y estuvimos muy cerca, pero esta vez no se nos dio. Seguiremos trabajando para lograrlo en próximas participaciones. Gracias por hacernos disfrutar tanto de este hermoso deporte. Gracias al señor gobernador por el apoyo, a todo el grupo de trabajo de Indercas, médico, fisios, nutricionista, metodólogos, a la Liga de Tenis de Mesa de Casanare”, destacó.
Cabe recordar que tras cinco jornadas en Expoferias en Manizales, en las que se disputaron siete podios, los vallecaucanos obtuvieron tres oros, cuatro platas y un bronce, eso le dio para ser los campeones de la disciplina y el título es para el Valle del Cauca. El segundo lugar de la general de esta disciplina fue para la delegación de Antioquia y el tercer lugar lo ocupó Bogotá.
