Los municipios de Monterrey, Tauramena, Villanueva y Sabanalarga acuden a la unión regional como estrategia de fortalecimiento de la seguridad
En Monterrey se realizó consejo de seguridad regional con el objetivo de unificar esfuerzos entre la Gobernación de Casanare, los municipios y la Fuerza Pública para fortalecer la lucha contra el delito, especialmente el abigeato en el sur del departamento.
Esta reunión de seguridad contó con la participación del secretario de Gobierno de Casanare, Julio Ramos Prieto; el Gral. Walther Giraldo, comandante de la VIII División del Ejército Nacional; el director de seguridad y convivencia ciudadana de la gobernación, coronel Ricardo Bernal, alcaldes de los municipios de Monterrey, Tauramena, Villanueva y Sabanalarga; Fiscalía, Policía, Migración, concejales, entre otros.
Entre las conclusiones como línea y ruta de navegación para combatir efectivamente la criminalidad, están:
• La Alcaldía de Monterrey presentó la estrategia de regionalización de seguridad junto a municipios del sur de Casanare.
• La Gobernación de Casanare acompañará y apoyará cada mesa técnica regional del sur de Casanare en torno al plan de seguridad.
• La Fiscalía General de la Nación programará jornadas de mediación penal e implementación de justicia restaurativa para Monterrey.
• El abigeato en Monterrey será priorizado como delito sobre el que más se investigará.
• El Ejército Nacional exaltó la creación de esta estrategia y continuará participando activamente en estrategias de formulación de seguridad para el sur de Casanare.
• La Policía Nacional y Migración Colombia se integran activa y propositivamente, dentro del planeamiento de iniciativas en pro de garantizar los derechos de los ciudadanos.
• Se desarrollará un estudio acucioso en la región en materia de telecomunicaciones.
• Se instala oficialmente la mesa de seguridad regional del sur de Casanare, a petición de la Secretaría de Gobierno Departamental, extendiendo la invitación a Aguazul, Maní, Chámeza y Recetor.
Sobre la mesa de trabajo, el secretario de Gobierno departamental destacó que «resaltamos y felicitamos a la Alcaldía de Monterrey por dirigir esta jornada de trabajo tan productiva, por ser tan buenos anfitriones. Estamos aquí por instrucciones directas del Gobernador César Ortiz Zorro, y replicaremos esta iniciativa al norte de Casanare. Como siempre agradecemos a nuestra Fuerza Pública por el apoyo que también hace que todo esto sea una realidad”.
Finalmente, el alcalde de Monterrey, Alejandro Ballesteros, afirmó que “se me hace importante que también articulen todos los procesos con el Fondo de Seguridad Territorial (FONSET) en busca de identificar una bolsa común para que se vea realmente la inversión en el Ejército Nacional, Policía, Fiscalía, UNP, y demás entes adscritos… podemos apalancarnos con estrategias que sean tangibles, que se vean, porque necesitamos la seguridad. No podemos permitir que el delincuente se fortalezca… exhorto a los alcaldes que estamos aquí presentes a sigamos invirtiendo en seguridad. Así nos cuidamos entre los municipios que compartimos una línea geográfica de hermandad” finalizó.
