En horas de la tarde de este lunes 20 de mayo, una situación de alarma se presentó en la sede de la Alcaldía de Yopal, lo que obligó al personal de emergencias y gestión de riesgo, a mandar a evacuar a la gente a salir.
Minutos después, se envió un comunicado por parte de la oficina de comunicaciones de la capital de Casanare; “ante la reciente evacuación en el palacio municipal, la alcaldía aclara que ya se adelantan las acciones pertinentes que permitan dar con el motivo de la activación de alarma de evacuación, desalojando el edificio como medida de precaución. Posteriormente, se confirmó que no había emergencia”.
En este sentido, el jefe de Gestión del Riesgo Municipal, Harbey Ramírez, explicó que este evento fue accidental. “Estamos investigando para determinar la causa exacta de esta activación del sistema de alarma y así prevenir situaciones similares en el futuro”, destaca la misiva.
