El gobernador de Casanare, César Ortiz Zorro; la secretaria de salud, Tatiana Chávez Duque; el presidente de la Asamblea Departamental, Heider Silva; y el gerente del Hospital Regional de la Orinoquía, Ángel Andrés Ávila, realizaron visita a la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, así como a dos de las principales instituciones de salud de la región: la Clínica Foscal de Bucaramanga y la Clínica Foscal Supram de Bucaramanga. Esta visita se enmarca dentro de los esfuerzos de la Gobernación de Casanare, por establecer y fortalecer alianzas estratégicas que contribuyan al desarrollo del sector salud y la educación médica en el Departamento.
El propósito de esta visita es fortalecer las alianzas entre la Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga y una de las mejores clínicas de toda Latinoamérica, con el fin de potenciar la educación en el sector salud en el Departamento de Casanare. Asimismo, se busca mejorar la atención de los pacientes a través del Hospital Regional de la Orinoquia.
Durante la visita, se estudiaron diferentes formas de cooperación y alianzas estratégicas que beneficiarán tanto a la comunidad educativa como a los pacientes del departamento. Este esfuerzo conjunto promete traer grandes avances en la calidad de la educación y los servicios de salud en Casanare.
Objetivos clave de la visita:
• Fortalecer Alianzas Educativas: Establecer programas de colaboración académica que permitan a los estudiantes de medicina y otras áreas de la salud acceder a formación de calidad y prácticas en instituciones de alta reputación.
• Mejorar la Atención Médica: Implementar nuevas técnicas y tecnologías en el Hospital Regional de la Orinoquia, mejorando así la atención médica disponible para la población de Casanare.
• Cooperación y Estrategias Conjuntas: Desarrollar estrategias de cooperación que permitan una integración efectiva de recursos y conocimientos entre las instituciones visitadas y nuestro sistema de salud local.
