Además de expandir la conectividad, la Secretaría descentraliza sus acciones ofreciendo capacitación tecnológica tanto en las comunas como en localidades remotas como el Taladro y la Unión, preparando a las comunidades para adoptar y beneficiarse de las nuevas tecnologías.
En colaboración con la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico, se desarrolla una plataforma tecnológica para facilitar la comercialización directa de productos agrícolas, eliminando intermediarios y promoviendo una economía más justa y eficiente para los agricultores locales.
En resumen, la labor de la Secretaría de las TICs no solo se centra en mejorar la infraestructura tecnológica, sino que también abarca la capacitación comunitaria y el desarrollo de herramientas para fomentar la inclusión digital y económica en Yopal, cumpliendo así con los objetivos del cuatrienio municipal.
