Este jueves 11 de octubre, en las instalaciones del auditorio del Colegio Braulio González, se entregó los uniformes a las diferentes instituciones educativas que representarán a Yopal, en la Fase Departamental de los Juegos Intercolegiados, que se van a disputar en los municipios de Paz de Ariporo, Sabanalarga y varias disciplinas en la capital de Casanare.
En la actividad estuvo el alcalde Marco tulio Ruiz, quien felicitó a los niños y jóvenes que ganaron el cupo, también agradeció a los profesores, entrenadores, al director del IDRY, Edwin Sánchez Leal, a la Gestora Social Paula Ruiz, por el trabajo que vienen realizando.
“Lo que esté al alcance de nosotros por medio del IDRY, ahí lo tendrán, el otro año vamos a ver si nos aprueban unos recursos para tener por los menos dos o tres buses que sean propios, y no tengamos que pedir prestados o pagar transporte”, destacó la primera autoridad municipal.
Asimismo, Ruiz hizo entrega de un reconocimiento especial al Instituto Luis Hernández, por haber sido los campeones absolutos de la fase municipal.
Por su parte el director del IDRY, Edwin Sánchez, le dijo a Colosal Noticias, que el alcalde siempre está atento a este tema deportivo, “es el veedor mas grande que tenemos nosotros, siempre nos está preguntando, lamentablemente por la agenda a veces no nos puede acompañar, pero siempre está muy pendiente, nos pide que atendamos muy bien a los deportistas”, puntualizó.
