Así lo dispuso la Corporación Concejo Municipal luego de 16 votos positivos en debate de plenaria al Proyecto de Acuerdo No. 021 de 2024, donde fueron expuestos los alcances y beneficios de los proyectos de inversión, que serán desarrollados con recursos de Vigencias Futuras Ordinarias.
Ponencia lidera por el concejal Cristóbal Torres, quien fue enfático en destacar la importancia de dar tránsito a esta iniciativa de gran impacto para Yopal. “Es una facultad que otorga la Ley y la Administración Municipal nos explicó muy detalladamente donde serán invertidos los recursos que serán viabilizados. Para el gobierno central habrá una partida de 4.446 millones de pesos y el INDEV tiene un cupo de 748 millones” sostuvo Torres.
En total se solicitó la disposición de 5.195 millones de pesos para adelantar proyectos como la mantenimiento y rehabilitación de vías urbanas y terciarias del municipio, optimización hidráulica y mejoramiento del sistema vial en la intersección de la carrera 29 con calle 11, vivienda, fortalecimiento del programa Adulto Mayor y el Hogar de Paso para niños, niñas y adolescentes, construcción de vías como la cerrera 33ª entre calle 19ª y Sirivana, calle 23ª entre carrera 24 y 27, entre otros.
“Hemos presentado 6 iniciativas ante el Concejo Municipal, destacando la optimización de vías urbanas y rurales, así como la operación de los acueductos y alcantarillados veredales. Hemos recibido aceptación de la mayoría de concejales, quienes han votado positivo para adelantar estos proyectos que pretendemos hacer desde la Secretaría de Infraestructura” indicó Adriana Hernández, jefe de esta dependencia.
Finalmente, se espera que la primera autoridad del municipio, adelante este trámite para iniciar con el proceso de apropiación de recursos, en aras de garantizar el desarrollo de estos proyectos fundamentales para el desarrollo de la ciudad.
