Ecopetrol llevó a cabo el programa ‘Giras Solidarias 2024’, beneficiando a 196 personas en los municipios de Aguazul, Tauramena y Yopal, en Casanare.
La iniciativa tuvo como propósito fortalecer la autonomía económica de las comunidades y fomentar el desarrollo de proyectos solidarios en las áreas de influencia de la compañía.
El programa, que requirió una inversión superior a los $490 millones, incluyó la realización de siete giras en las que líderes comunitarios, miembros de fondos solidarios y emprendedores visitaron proyectos exitosos como Tiuma Park, el viñedo de la Asociación Génesis y la granja Cosmopolitana, ubicados en el departamento del Meta.
Durante estas actividades, los participantes aprendieron sobre el funcionamiento de estos modelos solidarios, identificaron buenas prácticas y analizaron cómo aplicarlas en sus propios territorios.
Angela María Avella, emprendedora del corregimiento El Morro de Yopal, destacó los aprendizajes de la gira. “Me ha llevado a reflexionar que las cosas que estoy haciendo, las estoy encaminando bien. La persistencia del señor del cultivo de uvas me hace ver que a veces uno debe de arriesgarse para tener un proyecto como el que él tiene ahora”, comentó.
Las giras también se enfocaron en el fortalecimiento de habilidades blandas y la educación financiera, promoviendo la gestión eficiente de recursos, la diversificación de negocios y el espíritu emprendedor.
“Con el programa, buscamos que las comunidades adquieran herramientas prácticas y aprendizajes valiosos para fortalecer sus capacidades económicas y organizativas” afirmó Yamile González, jefe Territorial Ambiental de Ecopetrol Regional Piedemonte.
El programa ‘Giras Solidarias 2024’ hace parte del Plan de Gestión Social Integrado de Ecopetrol en el territorio, con el cual reafirma su compromiso con el desarrollo social y económico de las comunidades casanareñas.
