En la frontera se promueve el turismo con la estrategia ‘Descubre Arauca’

Con el propósito de convertir al turismo en un mecanismo que impulse el desarrollo cultural, la Administración Municipal da a conocer la estrategia ‘Descubre Arauca’ que busca promover entre propios y visitantes la cultura llanera a través de la diversidad cultural y la gastronomía del territorio.

Desde la Alcaldía de Arauca se viene liderando e implementando estrategias que impulsen no sólo el turismo sino también la economía local, es por ello, que para esta Semana Santa se llevarán a cabo diferentes actividades para que la comunidad se agende y puedan disfrutar de las tradiciones del llano.

Para esta semana mayor hay un itinerario lleno de eventos religiosos, actividades culturales y muestra de juegos tradicionales que se realizarán en la zona urbana y rural. Desde el 25 al 29 de marzo se estarán realizando los juegos autóctonos en los 5 corregimientos del municipio como El Caracol, Maporillal, Cañas Bravas, Todos los Santos y Santa Bárbara, el 30 de marzo las actividades se realizarán en la Cancha Los Güires de la comuna 1 y finalmente la invitación es para que se visiten y hagan parte de los actos litúrgicos de la Semana Santa que realizan las parroquias del 24 al 31 de marzo, con el inicio del Domingo de Ramos.

“Nuestra idea es rescatar las costumbres propias de nuestro territorio, los saberes ancestrales, nuestra gastronomía. Debemos rescatar los juegos tradicionales como el trompo, la zaranda, el marrano encebado como muchos otros saberes que hacen parte de nuestra riqueza cultural”, indicó el Secretario de Educación, Cultura, Deporte y Recreación Aquilino Escobar.

Además desde la Secretaría de Gobierno también se vienen realizando acciones en temas de seguridad para garantizar espacios seguros y brindarles la tranquilidad a propios y visitantes en esta Semana Mayor. “Los invitamos diciéndoles que van a tener el acompañamiento permanente de la Fuerza Pública para que todos los que nos visiten en esta época tengan una mayor tranquilidad y puedan disfrutar en familia”, expresó Cesar Valderrama Secretario de Gobierno.

Finalmente, se espera tener una buena aceptación de la comunidad para que se vinculen a estos espacios que promueve la Administración Municipal y puedan disfrutar de todas las tradiciones que nos representa como llaneros. “vamos a tener esas demostraciones donde la comunidad podrá participar, jugar y también obtener estímulos. La idea es recuperar nuestras tradiciones y que los niños también se vinculen en estas actividades de semana santa”, dijo Yurani Bolaño Coordinadora de la Oficina de Cultura.
