En este espacio, los participantes recibieron herramientas necesarias para desarrollarse como líderes conscientes, empáticos y proactivos, capaces de generar un impacto positivo en sus comunidades. A través de actividades vivenciales y participativas, los jóvenes exploraron los fundamentos del liderazgo transformador, aprendiendo a identificar oportunidades de cambio y a diseñar estrategias inclusivas y sostenibles para abordar los desafíos contemporáneos.El director de Juventudes de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Social, Josué Meridiano, propició un momento para escuchar las voces de los jóvenes y comprender, desde su perspectiva, las dificultades que enfrentan en las instituciones educativas. «Esta retroalimentación será esencial para abordar de manera efectiva los desafíos que afectan a la juventud en el ámbito educativo y se continuará promoviendo el liderazgo juvenil y la participación ciudadana en Yopal, para construir una comunidad más inclusiva y participativa, donde las ideas y aspiraciones de nuestros jóvenes sean escuchadas y valoradas», indicó el funcionario.
Asimismo, Meridiano destacó la importancia de mantener un diálogo abierto y constante con los jóvenes, asegurando que sus inquietudes y propuestas sean consideradas en la elaboración de políticas públicas. La jornada concluyó con un compromiso renovado de seguir fortaleciendo el liderazgo juvenil y de crear espacios donde los estudiantes puedan desarrollar su potencial y contribuir activamente al desarrollo de sus comunidades..
