Se trata de Salomón Fernández Torres, alias ‘El Salomón’, comisionado por el máximo jefe de esa organización criminal, el prófugo alias ‘Niño Guerrero’, para liderar este grupo delincuencial en Bogotá y Soacha, responsable de tráfico de estupefacientes, homicidios, extorsiones, secuestros y desapariciones forzadas.
En Bogotá, el cabecilla centraba su accionar criminal fundamentalmente en las localidades de Kennedy, Bosa, Chapinero, Ciudad Bolívar y Rafael Uribe Uribe, con réditos mensuales que oscilaban entre 2.000 y 3.000 millones de pesos.
Para presionar el pago de cuotas extorsivas ordenaba disparar y arrojar artefactos explosivos contra establecimientos e incluso atentar contra la integridad de sus propietarios.
Dentro de la investigación ya se logró comprobar su participación en al menos cinco homicidios, acaecidos entre abril y junio de este año.
‘El Salomón’ había huido el pasado 30 de mayo de la capital de la República, tras redada en la que cayeron 27 de sus hombres.
Entre los cabecillas de zona capturados se encontraban alias ‘Ratón’, ‘Caracas’, ‘Viejo Daniel ‘, Yefferson’, ‘Mini Pepsi ‘, ‘Osmer’, ‘Masacre’, ‘Orlando’, Manuel’, ‘Flay’, ‘Maicol’, ‘Yonaiker’, ‘Sanvicente’, ‘Oriana’, ‘Walner’ y ’’Zancudo’.
