Para Alexánder Bermúdez, Representante en el Congreso, por el departamento del Guaviare, es un sueño hecho realidad, tener ya los recursos para que la vía que une a San José del Guaviare – El Retorno, sea ejecutada, “además es un trabajo que será hecha por la Gobernación lo que garantiza tener mano de obra de los habitantes de esta región del país”, aseguró el senador.
Añadió Bermúdez, que fue un arduo año de lucha que consolida los primeros 40 mil millones de pesos por medio del Fondo OCAD – PAZ. En ese sentido, destacó que son recursos destinados para las regiones que han sufrido el Posconflicto de la guerrilla, “y que sin duda es una obra que seguirá fortaleciendo la paz en Colombia”, explicó Alexánder.

Además el Representante de Guaviare ante el Congreso de la República, dijo a Colosal Noticias, que en la primera etapa del proyecto se pavimentará 10 kilómetros, luego se inyectarán 20 mil millones más que saldrán del Plan de Desarrollo de la Nación, que comprenden 5 kilómetros más y que significa tener arreglada en un 70% el trayecto total; “para que entonces el transporte pueda pasar hacia el Vaupés con seguridad y que traerá recursos y proyectos para toda la región”, manifestó Alexánder Bermúdez.
Asegura Alexánder Bermúdez, que “esto es histórico, para activar las regiones necesitamos que la plata llegue justamente al departamento para que circule, que la mano de obra sea contratada de la zona, que compren el cemento ahí mismo, los contratistas que van de otras partes, lo que hacen es mandar todo de afuera, llegan hacen la obra y se van, en esta oportunidad le estamos dando a la gente de Guaviare de hacer el proyecto, y sabemos que el Gobernador Heydeer Palacio así lo cumplirá”, dijo el congresista.
Dos años en ejecución
Se estima que el proyecto tenga dos años de duración, y comience en el según do semestre del año, cuando sea adjudicado. Además aplaudió el apoyo que siempre le ha brindado el pueblo del Guaviare, “fuimos ponente en el Presupuesto General de la Nación, también del Plan de Desarrollo, asimismo en la Primera Ley de Financiamiento, entre otros logros que son históricos ya que ningún representante ha sido parte de estas decisiones que se toman para todo el país. Hemos trabajado honradamente, yo me ganó mi sueldo y ya, no estoy detrás en ver que robarme”, puntualizó el senador Bermúdez.
Cabe recordar que el pasado 15 de diciembre del 2018, el congresista Bermúdez en su intervención solicitó la pavimentación de dicha carretera en la visita a Guaviare del presidente Iván Duque, donde la primera autoridad de la nación, se comprometió a incluirla en su Plan de Desarrollo Nacional, como una meta de su Gobierno, “y hoy es una realidad”, insistió Alexánder.
