Alcalde Castro cita a sesiones extraordinarias al Concejo de Yopal

Mediante el decreto 082 del 2020, el Alcalde de Yopal, Luis Eduardo Castro, citó a sesiones extraordinarias al Concejo Municipal, por un periodo de 1 mes. La normativa solicita a la corporación municipal atender el llamado del mandatario local a partir del 29 de abril, para debatir los siguientes proyectos de acuerdo:

1.      Por el cual se adoptan los beneficios tributarios establecidos en la Ley 2010 de 2019 y se dictan otras disposiciones en materia tributaria de carácter municipal.

2.      Por medio del cual se autoriza al Alcalde Municipal para la Constitución de la Sociedad de Economía mixta, Terminal de Transportes de Yopal.

3.      Por medio del cual se autoriza al Alcalde Municipal de Yopal, para subdividir y/o lotear y titular los terrenos baldíos urbanos y los predios fiscales urbanos de propiedad del Municipio a las familias que los ocupan con vivienda de interés social antes del 30 de noviembre de 2001, de conformidad 1001 de 2005 y los artículos 276 y 277 de la Ley 1955 de 2019.

4.      Por medio del cual se autoriza al Alcalde de Yopal para que declare la existencia de condiciones de urgencia, por motivos de utilidad pública e interés social, y adquirir las áreas de predios o terrenos del asentamiento humano denominado La Bendición.

5.      Por medio del cual se autoriza al Alcalde para la compra de un bien inmueble ubicado en el perímetro urbano del municipio de Yopal.

6.      Por medio del cual se adopta y aprueba el Plan de Desarrollo del Municipio de Yopal, para el período constitucional 2020 a 2023

7.      Por medio del cual se realizan unas modificaciones al presupuesto municipal.
