La Gobernación de Casanare mediante el decreto 0124 del 2024 “Por medio del cual se declara un día cívico con ocasión de la conmemoración del cincuentenario de vida administrativa del departamento de Casanare”, se permite informar a toda la ciudadanía que:
Será un día cívico sin actividades laborales en el Centro Administrativo Departamental. Esta fecha, será una oportunidad para que los casanareños participen en actividades conmemorativas y celebren las cinco décadas de logros del departamento.
Durante la jornada, se suspenderán las actividades administrativas regulares en las dependencias de la Gobernación, excepto los procesos contractuales que continuarán su curso normal para garantizar el cumplimiento del debido proceso.
Las entidades encargadas de la prestación de servicios públicos esenciales, incluyendo la Policía, los servicios de salud pública, emergencias y seguridad continuarán operando sin interrupciones.
Por otro lado, el ente departamental hace un llamado a todos los servidores públicos, la comunidad casanareña, instituciones educativas, universidades, autoridades, sector empresarial y asociaciones cívicas a unirse a las actividades programadas para esta conmemoración.
Las actividades se realizarán en la ciudad de Yopal e incluyen:
• Eucaristía: Una ceremonia solemne para dar gracias y bendiciones por el crecimiento y la unidad de nuestro departamento.
• Actos Protocolarios: Reconocimientos y discursos por parte de las autoridades locales y figuras destacadas.
• Desfile Institucional y Comparsas: Un despliegue de la riqueza cultural de Casanare con la participación de instituciones y grupos folclóricos.
• Joropera: Un espectáculo de danza que celebra nuestra tradición del joropo con 400 parejas bailando al unísono.
• Cabalgata: Una tradición cultural de nuestro departamento, tierra de hombres y mujeres de a caballo, que no se pueden perder.
• Muestras Artísticas y Culturales: Exhibiciones que destacan el talento y la creatividad de los artistas casanareños.
• Serenata 50 Años: Un momento especial para honrar medio siglo de historia, logros y sueños cumplidos.
El gobernador César Ortiz Zorro extiende una cordial invitación a todos los ciudadanos para que sean parte de esta celebración histórica, así como izar la bandera del departamento.
