Lo anterior, contenido en el Formulario E-26ALC del 04 de noviembre de 2023, emitido por la Comisión Escrutadora del Municipio de Arauca, por lo que se ordena a la Registraduría del Estado Civil y al Consejo Nacional Electoral convocar elecciones nuevas para la elección del alcalde de Arauca para el periodo 2024-2027.
El mandatario de los araucanos expresó su tranquilidad, asegurando que dejará la administración cuando él lo decida, no cuando sus oponentes, quienes lo persiguen y lo cuestionan por sus acciones en beneficio del progreso de Arauca, lo definan, expresó.
