La delincuencia no da tregua en Casanare
La Policía Nacional durante la semana comprendida del 23 al 29 de agosto en el departamento de Casanare logró la captura de 33 personas, de las cuales 25 personas en flagrancia y 8 por orden judicial. Durante el fin de semana fueron efectuadas 18 capturas.
El reporte que entregó el órgano de seguridad indica que entre los delitos por los que fueron dejados a disposición de la Fiscalía General de Nación las personas capturadas durante el fin de semana se destacan: 5 por hurto con recuperación de elementos; 2 por el delito de tráfico, fabricación o porte de armas de fuego; 3 por el delito de Violencia intrafamiliar; 3 personas capturadas con orden judicial por el delito de tráfico, fabricación o porte de estupefaciente.
En el municipio de Monterrey el sábado, fue capturado gracias a la información oportuna de la ciudadanía y la reacción de la patrulla del cuadrante del Modelo Nacional de Vigilancia Comunitaria por Cuadrantes, en la calle 11 N° 11-44 del barrio Nuevo Horizonte, un hombre de nacionalidad extranjera, a quien se le halló en su poder una rejilla metálica de protección de una alcantarilla de aguas lluvias del municipio la cual había sido hurtada minutos antes.
Otras acciones
En un centro comercial de la ciudad de Yopal, fueron capturadas dos mujeres de 19 años y 21 años de edad, quienes fueron sorprendidas hurtando 12 prendas de vestir y quedaron registradas en CCTV retirándoles el ticket de seguridad a las prendas, las capturadas fueron dejadas a disposición de la Fiscalía 30 Local URI.
Unidades policiales del Modelo Nacional de Vigilancia Comunitaria por Cuadrantes asignadas a la estación de policía Yopal, a través de la reacción oportuna y cierres en el sector del barrio las Heliconias, capturaron dos personas de 18 años quienes se movilizaban en una motocicleta NKD-125 de color negro, que había sido hurtada momentos antes a un joven domiciliario en el barrio la bendición, los capturados fueron dejados a disposición de la Fiscalía 30 Local URI.
En la calle 33 N- 19 del barrio 20 de Julio de Yopal, fue capturado por el delito de violación a habitación ajena un hombre de 23 años quien fue sorprendido dentro de una residencia en remodelación, el capturado que pretendía llevarse elementos de construcción fue dejado a disposición de la Fiscalía 30 Local URI.
En Sabanalarga
En el kilómetro 79 del centro poblado Guateque – Aguaclara en el municipio de Sabanalarga fue capturado un hombre 40 años, quien presenta orden de captura desde el mes de abril del presente año por el delito de hurto calificado y agravado, solicitado por el Juzgado de Ejecución de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad de Tunja, el capturado fue dejado a disposición de la Fiscalía 26 de turno de Monterrey.
En cumplimiento de plan contención del Homicidio en zonas urbanas y rurales del departamento, mediante actividades de registro y control, la patrulla del modelo de vigilancia de la Subestación de Policía de Caribayona capturan en la vereda Piñalito a un hombre 52 años, a quien se le halla en su poder un arma de fuego tipo revolver, calibre 38 con 05 cartuchos del mismo calibre. El capturado fue dejado a disposición de la Fiscalía 26 Local CAIVAS de Monterrey.
En la carrera 7 con calle 2A, vía publica barrio Centro del municipio de Orocue, fue capturado un hombre de 42 años, a quien se le hallo 01 arma de fuego tipo pistola, marca Pietro Beretta, calibre 7.65, y 01 proveedor con 06 cartuchos, el capturado y arma de fuego fueron dejados a disposición de la Fiscalía 27 Seccional de turno URI Orocue.
En cumplimiento a la segunda fase del plan 100 días contra el microtráfico y aliando a la estrategia de reducción del tráfico local de estupefacientes, personal adscrito a la seccional de investigación criminal Casanare UBIC Monterrey, seccional de inteligencia de Policía Casanare, y en coordinación con la fiscalía 15 seccional de Monterrey, logró la captura por orden judicial y la desarticulación del grupo de delincuencia común organizado alias “LOS HAUS” dedicada al tráfico, fabricación o porte de estupefacientes en el municipio de monterrey Casanare, estas actuaciones judiciales se desarrollaron en los barrios la floresta y la estrella, haciendo efectivas (03) órdenes de captura por los delitos de concierto para delinquir y tráfico, fabricación o porte de estupefacientes e incautación de dos motocicletas.
Los capturados corresponde alias “Milton” de 41 años quien se desempeñaba como cabecilla del grupo de delincuencia común organizada, a alias “Chuchin¨ de 29 años de edad quien se desempeñaba como expendedor del grupo de delincuencia común organizada “LOS HAUS”, finalmente fueron incautados dos vehículos tipo motocicletas con fines de comiso. Los capturados dejados a disposición de la fiscalía 15 seccional de monterrey.
En cuanto a infracciones al Código de Convivencia y Seguridad Ciudadana, durante el fin de semana en todo el departamento, se aplicaron 62 órdenes de comparendo, de estas, los municipios con mayor aplicación a la norma fue Yopal con 34 aplicaciones al código.
La infracción más recurrente fue por el Artículo 27 numeral 6 (Portar armas corto punzantes) con un reporte de 27 armas incautadas mediante ordenes de comparendo el fin de semana.
Seguridad vial
Podemos informar que durante el fin de semana se movilizaron 5175 vehículos por las vías del departamento, de estos, 2622 ingresaron y 2553 salieron de Casanare, se realizaron 50 órdenes de comparendo, se presentaron 02 accidentes sobre la vía nacional atendidos por las unidades policiales de la Seccional de Transito y Trasporte de la Policía Nacional, donde se presentan 02 lesionados.
Durante el fin de semana fueron atendidos 434 motivos de Policía mediante la Línea Única de Emergencias 123. De estos casos, 101 Perturbación a la tranquilidad, 54 por riña, 37 por violencia intrafamiliar.
