Como Alberto Sánchez Hernández, Johana Andrea Rodríguez Montaña, Edni Yired Mora y Luis Alejandro Ruiz Corre, fueron identificadas las 4 personas capturadas en un operativo de la policía y la Fiscalía adelantada en los barrios La Resistencia, La Victoria y La Libertad de Yopal (Casanare),
y quienes, según las investigaciones, estarían vinculados con actividades de tráfico, fabricación y porte de estupefacientes, y tráfico fabricación o porte de armas de fuego y municiones.
Las diligencias de los 4 allanamientos, se dieron el pasado 10 de febrero, luego de que el ente
acusador recaudara elementos materiales probatorios suficientes, y proceder a su captura, durante el desarrollo de los mismos.
En los operativos las autoridades encontraron un arma de fuego calibre 16, un arma de fuego calibre 32 y dos armas calibre 38 largo con 20 cartuchos, dos armas traumáticas, 600 gramos dosificados en 600 cigarrillos avaluados en 3 millones de pesos, 115 gramos de bazuco en 290 papeletas; igualmente fueron recuperadas autopartes de motocicletas, tales como llantas, pastas,
amortiguadores, entre otros.
El 11 de febrero anterior, estas personas fueron presentadas ante un juez primero municipal de Yopal con funciones de control de garantías, quien avaló la solicitud de la fiscalía de declarar legales las actuaciones de allanamientos y capturas, así como de enviar a la cárcel a los capturados,
quienes fueron imputados con los delitos de tráfico, fabricación y porte de estupefacientes, y tráfico fabricación o porte de armas de fuego y municiones.
La decisión del juez fue acoger la solicitud del ente acusador, mientras que en el caso del señor Luis Alejandro Ruiz Correa, la delegada retiró la solicitud de la medida por no cumplirse los requisitos para imponer la misma medida.
