Retoman distribución de agua en varias veredas de Hato Corozal

A través de Gestión del Riesgo, se viene mitigando el desabastecimiento del vital líquido en por lo menos 200 hogares campesinos.

El trabajo lo adelanta la Administración de Salomón Sanabria mediante la Dirección de Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres, con el apoyo de la Unidad Nacional Para la Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres -UNGRD-, quienes a través de carrotanques han venido surtiendo a las familias vulnerables ante la carencia del valioso líquido debido a la ausencia de fuentes abastecedoras, aunado a la temporada seca.

Aunque la Administración Departamental había venido prestando el apoyo durante varios meses ininterrumpidos en este municipio, fue necesario realizar el mantenimiento preventivo a los vehículos, por lo que se suspendió por unas semanas esta atención. Ante lo cual, las familias mostraron su preocupación y a la vez reconocieron el trabajo realizado desde Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres, oficina que ha venido acompañando estas comunidades en la mitigación de esta difícil situación.

La atención se cumple en las veredas Las Monas, San Rafael, Maraure, La Capilla, San José del Ariporo, Camelias, Altagracia y El Cedral donde se hace la distribución de manera periódica.  

“Es una respuesta inmediata. Esperamos que las instancias responsables puedan dar una solución definitiva a estas personas lo más pronto posible», señaló Guillermo Pérez director Departamental de Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres
