En presencia de la comunidad y del gobernador de Casanare César Ortiz Zorro, se socializó el inicio de la obra que permitirá la pavimentación de la vía El Milagro – Yopitos, zona rural de Yopal. Este proyecto, que abarca 6 kilómetros desde la vía principal Morichal – Tilodirán hasta la pista aérea del sector Buenos Aires, traerá grandes beneficios para la comunidad local.
La obra contempla la aplicación de pavimento asfáltico, beneficiando a más de 12.000 habitantes de las veredas El Milagro, Yopitos, La Arenosa, La Argelia, La Defensa, La Porfía, La Mapora y el área rural del municipio de Maní.
Con una inversión de 11.900 millones por parte de la Gobernación de Casanare y un plazo de ejecución de nueve meses, a cargo del Consorcio Monterubio, se busca mejorar la movilidad de la población, así como la calidad de vida de los agricultores y campesinos que diariamente utilizan este corredor para mover sus productos.
“La empresa contratista tiene una indicación y es la de garantizar la mano de obra de la comunidad local. Este sector es un polo de desarrollo agrícola y es por esto que es una prioridad de nuestro Plan de Desarrollo generar oportunidades para el sector rural de Casanare, porque sin vías no hay desarrollo”, expresó el gobernador César Ortiz Zorro.
Por su parte, el secretario de Infraestructura de Casanare, ing. Álvaro Rivera Contreras, expresó que, al ser responsables de la supervisión, estarán atentos a cada detalle del proceso constructivo, y agregó que, se construirán 14 alcantarillas junto a la comunidad. «Vamos a entregar una vía durable y de calidad, y la comunidad hará parte a través del modelo de autoconstrucción de las alcantarillas; es una iniciativa que venimos empleando con éxito y nos ha permitido ahorrar cerca del 80 por ciento en recursos”.
