En las instalaciones de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico, Ganadería y Agricultura se llevó a cabo la primera sesión del Consejo Municipal de Desarrollo Rural para la vigencia del 2024. Este escenario fue de vital importancia para articular con la organización y líderes productivos en aras de crear sinergia institucional para el fortalecimiento del sistema productivo agropecuario de la ciudad.
Durante su intervención, el Secretario de Desarrollo Económico, Ganadería y Agricultura, Rodrigo Chaparro, reiteró que la dependencia está de puertas abiertas para trabajar de manera articulada con entidades, asociaciones y líderes de los sectores productivos de la ciudad, bajo la estrategia del modelo asociativo y el fortalecimiento de la economía popular.
Por su parte, Orlando Díaz, Secretario General del Consejo Municipal de Desarrollo Rural, explicó que en el marco de esta sesión ordinaria, se actualizó la conformación de la organización, además del diálogo de las ideas de proyectos que se buscan desarrollar desde este escenario.
“Contamos con la presencia de delegados de la Agencia de Desarrollo Rural – ADR, quienes nos explicaron toda la metodología para la presentación de proyectos productivos desde las comunidades”, agregó el Secretario General.
Finalmente, se estableció la realización de nuevos espacios para que el Consejo Municipal de Desarrollo Rural, entidad que representa las Juntas Administradoras Locales y asociaciones productivas de los corregimientos, pueda plantear iniciativas y/o proyectos ante la Administración Municipal, para evaluar su viabilidad y proyección.
